We Shuckin Southern Eatery Pines (Shuckin and Jivin) — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I went to the pines restaurant today 3/10, i was told there was a 45min wait, seeing that I drove 45 mins to get there I said "ok, I'll wait". While waiting the dining room was semi packed, I found an available table to eat at but it was dirty. I asked the cashier for some napkins to clean off the table she stated "I'll be there to wipe it off" she came and wiped off all the tables except the table me and the family was sitting at. After about 20+ mins of waiting I had to ask for my drinks, also( FYI- the soda machine is ALWAYS out of order, they use that as a way to make you purchase their overpriced juice.) Now, while waiting the same slim/skinny cashier that seems to have a problem doing her job informed everyone that was waiting that there will be another 15+ mins for Mac and cheese and if you placed itbas a side you might want to switch, by this time I've been waiting for over 30mins. As the time approached over an hour I go to check the status of the food order, because they won't follow up with you and to just make sure your ok,too see if you need anything or even reassure you that your food is coiming, basic "customer service". when I placed the order they said 45mins, now its over 1hr and they still haven't made any progress as they were going to be another 20+ mins. They informed me it was going to be an 15-20 mins as there was order ahead of me and they also have online orders, how does online orders go ahead of in store orders? The food is good but today the service was horrible, everytime I eat there my bill is always over 100$, needless to say after today I won't be eating there anymore. I understand you can be short staffed but that doesn't make up for poor customer service, lack of communication and no respect for...

Not a good experience. I ordered 2 Fried Shrimp Dinners with Mac and Cheese & Yams in 1 and Mac and Cheese and Fries in the 2nd order with 2 Jukin / Jivin Juice. I went through the drive thru. They had me sit there for 30 minutes holding up the drive thru waiting on someone to at least acknowledge my vehicle after I paid over $40 for my order at 6:29pm on a Saturday. Finally at 7:01 this young lady comes to the window and States they are out of Mac and Cheese I asked well is there a credit for the missing side? She said no the sides are fillers. So, I was forced to add another item to my meal that I didn't want or my plate wouldn't be full. So this business take orders without knowledge that you have ran out? Who Runs out of a popular side on a Saturday Evening? Not even late night! The young lady told me my order been ready and sitting because they didn't know how to tell me they ran out of Mac and Cheese? So my order sat getting cold for 30 minutes? I didn't even get my drinks until they brought out my food. Very poor customer service. The food quality wasn't worth the price. The fries are plain batter fries no seasoning. I think I had 6 to 8 pieces of shrimp that sat on rice. The sides are really important because with out them you would be cheated. I felt cheated! I will not be supporting this location again. The young lady even had an attitude after I asked why they didn't at least send out my drinks and if they provided condiments for the fries. Never again. I will spend my money where I will be...

Went for my birthday was very excited to try them. Upon arriving one of the entry doors were stuck . One of the employees opened the door to let us in and went behind the counter.. We assume that she was going to take our order but did not nor did she greet us. Then realize we need to order on the kiosk (personally I'm not a kiosk fan, I like talking to people) but the kiosk was not working properly then she decided that she would take our order. I love music, but the music was alitte to loud. I ordered the shrimp and grips and informed her that I wanted it to look like what was on the menu with the image of peppers and onions as you can see it did not also ordered the wing dinner with Mac and cheese and collar greens greens what a side order of yams. The wings did not look freshly cooked the greens tasted old the macaroni and cheese was OK I was a little disappointed in the candy yams because they did not look fresh Also Im waiting for my food 2 more people walk in and the young lady did not greet them and allowed them to order on the kiosk when the kiosk is not working properly after the young ladies try ordering on the kiosk about 5 minutes she finally decided to take their order their order this is not good customer service . And to top it off did not realize I needed a driver's license to pay for my order with a card.
