The onion rings are homemade & delicious. They're more like beer batter crust, not flaky. I'm a fan of both styles but often get disappointed because I assume homemade = flaky. We had Bryantville Pizza Kitchen cater my daughter’s first birthday party & I will absolutely be using them again! The food was such a hit that we didn’t have any left overs. Kenny was super professional & great to work with. He made sure to call & confirm everything a week or so prior to the party.
