My family and I have been ordering from Giordano‘s for over the past 10 years. Pete, who used to be the owner would make his pizzas exceptionally well, especially the stuffed pizzas, they would be perfectly made without any juice dripping through the bottom they would have adequate amounts of sauce and cheese and would be evenly distributed throughout the pizza. Also, the crust was very Well done where it was braided and then brushed With butter and layered wheat pieces of garlic all over the crust. Yesterday decided we’re gonna have Stuffed pizza for dinner. I called Giordano‘s on an unfamiliar voice answered the phone. Reed then ordered our pizza and I went for pick up when I got there, I did not recognize a single person Who was working. I asked for Pete, who is a staple at that establishment, I was told that he is in the back – And was lied to – Pete is never in the back as he is a front facing person And likes to interact with his customers. I talked to the person making the pizzas, and he was very nice. However, when he Pulled my second pizza out of the oven. It was dripping juice everywhere, he then placed it into the boxes and handed it to me. I paid my bill and I left. I even left them a $10 tip. I took the pizzas home and as soon as we open the boxes, everyone was frustrated because this was not the pizzas that we had grown accustomed to for the past 10 years. The crust was exceptionally thick on top and felt like bread around the edges. It was not done the way Pete would do it. Clearly there was staffing missing and also there was sauce that was missing. He did not help that liquid from the side of the pie was not all over my table as it had soaked through the box and damaged The table. I called back to the establishment today to let them know that the quality of the pizza was not what we had been used to. I asked to speak to Pete – and once again was lied to by the staff, they stated that he was Stepped outside. I explained everything that had went wrong to The same person I had ordered the pizzas From yesterday and I asked if the restaurant had been sold. Yes, it had been sold After telling the person not a phone about the bad quality of the food And our disappointment and damaging of my table, all I get was a “thank you” And then I was disconnected. It’s safe to say that these people who are running this place, the new owners do not care about their patrons. Do not care to offer Apologies for bad food and customer service and are more than happy to take your money. We will not be coming back anytime soon, And I will be sure to inform everyone about this terrible customer service. Update - I was called after my post and was explained to that Pete is working in the Kitchen, they were super nice. And explained that the pizza leaking happens at times, which I do understand..I was offered a credit. I can’t argue with this response. And I appreciated the phone call, but it should have not taken a bad review to get good customer service. Give them a try and be the judge for yourself.

I’m a bit of a pizza purist. I live in Easton, PA and have been known to drive to Brooklyn, NY, simply to pick up a fresh pizza pie. So when personal business took me to Bangor, PA and having worked up an appetite, I did a Google search for Pizza near me. The owner of Giordano‘s, Pietro, is in my view, an ‘old school’ pizza guy. I believe he’s been in business since 1982, and if the quality of the pizza he madeis any measure of the rest of his menu, I give this guy three thumbs up, unreservedly! Go out of your way to try his pizza. You’ll be glad you did. And if you want the freshest experience, ask for it to be par-cooked, and finish it in your own oven at home!

Just moved to the area and have mixed reviews from this place. The first time we ate here, the onion rings were crispy and our pizza was really good. I had noticed the owner (older man) making the pizzas that day when we came in to pick it up. The second time we went, we ordered cheese steaks and they were decent. The meat was a bit stringy but the rolls were fresh. The most recent trip there was a failure. We called in a pick up order for a pizza pie and onion rings like the first time. When we came to pick it up, the younger guy was making pies. The pizza was horrible this time. It was thicker and doughy in the middle and was not like the first time at all. The onion rings this time were soo soggy! I overheard the one guy ask for meatballs for the restaurant to be cooked and the pizza guy that day just said, "put it in the microwave." Looks like the onion rings we ordered were "nuked" too. I'm going to try and stay away as much as possible because of the mixed food I've had so far from them. Food from a restaurant/pizza shop should NOT be cooked in...

My wife and I needed to eat something to bide us over until we drive home from the Veterinarian. Never went to Giordano's because we don't live anywhere nearby. They don't sell pizza slices due to the ongoing COVID situation but they offer what the Italian owner said was a personal pan pizza. I kid you not.......has to be one of the best pizza's my wife and I ever had. Crust was so uniquely perfect......the cheese was NOT salty nor cheap......tomatoe sause again was very tasty. The pie as a whole is a 10 out of 10. The size of this personal pie for $5.83 including tax is a steal! My wife and I so regretted not to live nearby but we won't forget to return when we go to the Vet next door again. The owner was so nice as well as his male employee who check me out. I'd support this business if I lived in...
