Momiji Sushi & Hibachi — Restaurant in Pendleton

An excellent sushi restaurant in a convenient location! Finding myself hungry, while visiting Pendleton for the day, I randomly decided to try the local sushi place.

Getting to the restaurant was easy, as it's located wow conveniently, and there was plenty of parking in the parking lot. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and a table was really available. The employee that greeted me was professional and courteous throughout the entire experience.

I ordered a spicy tuna roll and didn't have to wait long at all, as the food preparers (cooks? chefs?) happily prepared all kinds of food. The roll was quite good and reasonably priced.

Overall, everything took less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended, don't miss...

I gotta say I don't know where all these high reviews are coming from, my family and I were passing through from Boise heading home to Spokane and thought sushi would be good. Everything they brought out was horrible. My son found a long black hair in his food. After we explained that we did not want to eat the food. I ate 3 out of 12 rolls my wife took two bites of her dish and my son the same . The waitress still insisted that we pay. Then the manager can from the back to ask what was wrong we told him and before he could stop her she already ran our card charging us for this very disappointing sushi. Having spent half my adult life in Taiwan - a nation genuinely blessed with an abundance of spots serving amazingly high quality seafood - my sushi standards are understandably high. So I was happily surprised to find in Pendleton's Momiji a Japanese restaurant meeting my standards. I've eaten here three times in the last six weeks, coming away happy each visit.
