Where do I even start! Placed 2 sep orders tonight. Ord#1: 2 Jr. Jumbo burgers. Order took more than 15 mins before they finally handed it to me. It was very disappointing to taste that my burgers WASNT even fresh/hot at all. Each burger had only 1 lettuce, tomato, & 1 tiny pickle! IT'S NOT even WORTH less than or under $4 menu... Ord#2: curly fries & Vanilla Shake Boba w/cherry! AGAIN, took more than 15 mins, in fact, this order took wayyyy longer than the 1st order. The cherry that was supposed to be w/my Boba, CAME SEPARATE! Unbelievable! & when they gv the cherry for the Boba, I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO EAT IT bc I had noticed little black stuff on it that I thought it was pepper. & when I brought it up w/the girl who was working tonight @8pm, she didn't see the black stuff, but another girl came over & looked at it & told me it was from the Oreo toppings, AND THEN BOTH WALKED AWAY FROM ME WITHOUT EVEN APOLOGIZING OR OFFERING ME SOME TYPE OF SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE I HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT... I WAS HORRIFIED AT THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARING, OR EVEN THE BASIC CHARACTER OF HUMANITY, which "scared" me to even think of drinking the Boba i had just receivd.. Praying to God to overcome my fears, bc of the event that had happened the last time I ordered Boba (before tonight).. On Feb 14, I had waited at drive thru window for almost 15 mins, BEFORE I finally HONKED my horn at them. It took them another 5 mins before a woman came at the window. SHE DIDNT EVEN SAY ONE WORD TO ME, until, she gave me my Boba, which took another 2 mins or so, that she apologized! When I finally got my drink & dranked it, within 45 mins later, I started feeling UNWELL, that while I was at work, I ALMOST PASSED OUT, that my Mngr had to call 911 & sent an ambulance! & to St Anthony’s ER I went... I was diagnosed w/some type of viral/bacteria called Labyrinthitis trigering my Vertigo that I haven't had for more than 2 yrs... It wasnt until 10 mins before I got discharged from ER, that I finally vomited AFTER they gave me the Ivy to help flush out whatever was causing me to still feel UNWELL. & when I saw what I had vomited, it confirmed the taste I still had in my mouth AFTER I had my first vomit earlier on that day! Thru the vomit bag which it included the amount written on the outside of the bag, that I read, it was more than 8oz's of liquid. AND GUESS WHAT THE LIQUID WAS??? The VANILLA SHAKE BOBA!!!
I feel sorry for these workers who lacks common basic courtesy of customer service!

There was 2 cars ahead of us, we waited in line, 20 minutes later we finally moved to the speaker to give our order, "my I take you order." "Can I get 24 of you tacos please." "24?" "Yes." Silence for a minute. "Just a minute." "Ok." "Sorry but we're all out of tacos, they're all frozen" "really your kidding, ok well I'm willing to wait for the tacos" "well that takes 2 hours" "I said I can wait" "you can't wait we will be closed." This was the 4 time I've ordered tacos from this store and every time they've gave me an excuse for why they can't, one time they called my mom fat and said we don't deserve to eat and that we slobs need to leave. I'm about to write to the Better Business Bureau and and your guy's corporate office. Maybe even to jack in the box headquarters....
