The worker with short curly ish brown hair is rude. If she makes a mistake she will blame that you didn’t order it that way. I worked as an assistant manager for Starbucks before and I never talked to one of my customers that way even when I now they didn’t order it correctly but with a smile I remade it. I now for a fact I didn’t order my drink wrong it was just her and another girl that was blond that was working with all the snow in town. She was getting overwhelmed and blamed me instead of owning to her mistake. Also when I asked who the manager is I was told her name is Beca and she’s on maturity leave and when I asked what the workers name was I was told she can’t give me her name! I was told by the blonde which she was sweet and nice and was the one that gave me all the info I did get. I really hope the manager or someone reads this because of the way I was treated I will be going to the Starbucks in Safeway from now on instead and I recommend everyone else to do so as well. No one deserves to be treated like...
Read morePendelton Starbucks needs some improvement. We stop at this Starbucks occasionally. Today when we stopped, my husband said he received the worst americano he's ever had. It was extremely watered down. My drink which was a chi tea came out initially with no foam on top, luke warm, and tasted like it was a blend of chi and coffee. When I asked the staff at the counter to have it remade, she started to argue with me, stating it's a latte. A chi tea latte doesn't have coffee in it. It struck me that possibly the batista just blended together the contents of whatever he had left over. As a side note, this Starbucks location is consistently out of different sandwiches. Today for instance I wanted to order the grilled cheese and they told me they had just sold the last one. Also the bathroom was out of toilet paper and...
Read moreConsistently friendly, funny staff with good customer relations skills, asking about preferences during orders, offering alternatives. Seating layout comfortable for both solitary reading and also sitting/talking with friends. Overstuffed chairs and footrests especially comfortable - backs to windows and light sources. Staff forced to raise voice to communicate with drive-up customers, but doesn't overwhelm the background music nor intrude into a table conversation. Parking lines can be hard to see on rainy or dark days, and the layout is strange - aside from the 8 or so places near the store, there is no clear indication of more parking 20 feet further west - if you were a stranger and didn't see another car parked in the far lot you might not know it was there. Food too...
