My wife and I decided to branch out and try finding some better pizza places closer to home. Luckily for us it didn’t take us long to find Pasquale’s. We are very picky pizza eaters, so we are usually a tough crowd. The first thing we appreciated about Pasquales was their prices! They had coupons for just about everything! And you could easily get any size pizza paired with breadsticks, a hoagie, or chicken wings for well under $20. Pretty great right? But wait... there’s more! If you don’t need to feed the whole family, and just want one pie to make your night, their prices are as good as any local franchise. I included the base prices for their pizzas in one of the pictures (as of Dec 2020). And if you like toppings. For just a few dollars more you can make that pizza up to a 5-topping masterpiece! I also do mention of a 2-topping medium pizza for $6? Look out Dominos! We have ordered their pizza twice, the first time with GrubHub via Google, and the other by calling. Both times I was told it would be about 15-20 minutes. When I arrived the place smelled delicious! The staff was friendly and efficient. The food itself was excellent! They were generous with toppings, and the pizza was cooked perfectly! The dough was delicious and the crust had those nice air bubbles you get from a fresh dough! The pictures say the rest. Absolutely delicious pizza, we will be back many times!

Another decent Pasquales location. I have already been to the Allison Park location, but this place is marginally better in my opinion. Not by a long shot, but still. The staff seems to be friendlier and communicates well here. One man behind the counter even remembers us from the past time we ordered! I got the medium Deluxe Pizza and a medium cheese pizza. The Deluxe seemed to have onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, peppers, and extra cheese. It had a ton of vegetables and a decent amount of meat. pretty tasty, and the sausage had a great element of heat to it. My cheese pizza was basic, but pretty good. The sauce is a little sweet and the crust is nondescript, but it came out still warm and tasty. This place also has tons of specials going on all the time. Today, they even had 2 two topping medium pizzas for $6 each! That's pretty incredible. And, the service was great, considering they were super busy as it's the day before Halloween. Pasquales isn't authentic Italian, healthy, or especially unique, but they are efficient, friendly, and pretty consistent at this location.

So everyone has I special place where they purchase certain items. I like to get my white spinach deluxe pizza from Pasquale. It has never let me down when I have a taste for pizza but Honey today I walked in and asked for the pizza to be well done. OMG next time people ask for your favorite pizza to be well done. The crust was crunchy and the cheese still had that cheese pull when I got home. Challenge on Pizza Shops

It's a shame because I really enjoy the food, but I find the staff to be incompetent and won't be ordering from this location again. I'm not sure if they frequently change staff or if there are only a few who seem to constantly get orders wrong but it reflects poorly on the business when it happens to one customer 3 times, especially when I always order the same thing: the Ultimate Dinner Combo which is supposed to include 2 large one topping pizzas, 2 hoagies, a family size order of bread sticks, and a 2 liter of pop. The first time wasn't a deal breaker. I'm really not hard to please and I don't enjoy making trouble. I understand that mistakes happen. Okay. They forgot the 2 liter of pop. I didn't care. The second time, in a rush, I didn't have time to check the order for pick up there (which I recommend now, obviously). I ordered no onion on one hoagie and it had onion. I don't care too much about that. They gave me a regular instead of a family size order of bread sticks which is what I called to tell them about. The guy I talked to said that he would have someone deliver the correct order within 10 minutes or I could just have a credit placed for the next time I order from them. Since I was feeding a crowd, I opted to have the correct order delivered. 40 minutes later, I called back to see where the delivery person was and was told that they were waiting for me to call back to tell me that they didn't have my address or phone number (which is a flat out lie because I provided my address and they have the phone number on caller ID because they know what name it is under when I do call. They should have called me, not waited for me to call back). By this time, it was too late and everyone had eaten so he said he would just credit me for the next time I place an order. Fine.

Well, I just called to order the same thing again and told them that I was supposed to have this credit. Conveniently, nothing is in the system stating that they owed me anything. There was nothing they could do because I guess they didn't believe me or whatever. Needless to say, I did not go through with the order, and I won't again. There is no customer service here. Sure, my one little order probably doesn't mean much in the long run but since that's the general mindset of businesses these days, it's very sad that the quality of service suffers and leaves people unsatisfied. They lost a $45 order because they didn't want to give me what they promised which amounts to maybe a $7 order of bread sticks, plus if they were willing to keep me happy I would have been ordering any number of times throughout the year but they've lost my business indefinitely. I guess that makes sense for their profit margin.

(My parents frequently order from this same location and their orders are also constantly wrong...

"Fast! Fresh! Hot To Your Door!" is the slogan, but I think not. I have ordered food several times and almost every time it's been delivered, it takes much longer than the quoted delivery time, and is often lukewarm at best. There have been times I've ordered wings and were sent the wrong ones and when I call back to let them know, I receive no apology, no compensation in return, no offer to replace, nothing. Tonight was the last straw. We were quoted an hour delivery time at around 7:20 pm, which at lent is to be expected (lots of folks ordering food sans meat, and it's dinner time, I get it), but as an hour and a half came and went, and my hunger turned into hanger, I called and was told by an incredibly unprofessional and rude counter person that "you must have been told wrong by a new driver." When I asked for an estimated time for my food to arrive, I was essentially told "you'll get it when you get it" and was hung up on. This person is typically the one who answers the phone, and is never, EVER, nice. In addition to the rude and lengthy service, the food arrived lukewarm, and tasted terrible. The dough must have been old, and the crust of the pizza and the breadsticks were inedible. The hoagie cheese was no longer melted, and the entire sandwich needed to be microwaved so the cheese would be melted again. Pick-up service isn't really that much better, as the food often isn't ready well past the quoted pick-up time, and if it is, a similar problem with temperature and quality occurs. Needless to say, I will never be ordering food...
