Dunkin — Restaurant in Pennsauken Township

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts, I have every been in. It was filthy, nasty dirty; and, there were little flies everywhere you looked. The fat woman working at night was rude, ignorant and has terrible customer service skills. The incompetent Manager was no where to be found; and, should be immediately fired. This place also should be shut down (there are lots of little bugs flying around); and, Dunkin Donuts should be ashamed to have their name on this disgusting place. I wouldn't send anyone here for donuts and/or coffee. In addition, because of my experience here, I am canceling my Dunkin Donuts card; and, I will NEVER go into another Dunkin Donuts store ever again. I also will warn everyone and anyone I know, family, friends, Facebook, Twitter; and, warn and inform as many people of how filthy, disgusting this store is and the fact that they are infested with nats or some kind of fruit flies. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this nasty dirty Dunkin Donuts in Pennsaukin; NJ; and, find a better place for donuts and coffee. I suggest WAWA down the street. WAWA Coffee tastes way better and it's cheaper. WAWA is also clean. WAWA doesn't have little bugs flying around the food and is 1000% times cleaner. The parking lot of this Dunkin Donuts is filthy too. The Dunkin Donuts Coffee tastes like dishwater; and, actually tastes like Dunkin Donuts reuses the coffee grounds (it sure does taste that way), UGH! HORRIBLE PUTRID BURNT COFFEE! I have been coming to this Dunkin for years because it is the best Dunkin in town but once they started hiring all these new people customer service went to hell. Even the older employers are dropping their customer service and you can see them getting upset with the new employees. I just left there with food and the cook guy was making multiple orders. He threw my food on the counter and walked away. Only reason why i knew it was mines is because i looked in the bag. I know they are supposed to say the orders and then move out. I spoke to the “manager” on shift and trust me he did not care. He is all buddy buddy with the workers and just laughed it off. So for now on i will get my coffee and...

I ORDER THE SAME ORDER EVERYDAY AND THEY STILL GET IT WRONG. MY PURCHASE IS SAUSAGE AND CHEESE ON A CROISSANT WITH NO EGG. SINCE I DONT GET THE EGG THEY TRY TO THROW ANOTHER SAUSAGE ON MY SANDWICH TO SUBSTITUTE FOR THE EGG. I DONT EAT TWO SAUSAGE AT ALL AND THEN TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR THAT SUBSTITUTE FOR THE EGG. ONE CROISSANT IS $1.79 WITH THE CHEESE ADDED IS $0.50 AND ONE SAUSAGE IS $1.19. I FORGOT THE COFFEE WHICH IS $2.19. MY PAYMENT IS $6.15 SINCE I USE A DEBIT.
