Francello Pizzeria & Ristorante — Restaurant in Pennsauken Township

I frequent for take out usually mushroom cheese steak or pizza service is fast with a wide of pizzeria items not exclusive to the quick pick ups but dinner specials mostly italian. The rating section says.take out or delivery but you can also eat in the area is small but not tiny and always well kept and appears to be very clean. Although I havent had this in over 2 years in the spring and summer they have home made italian gelata. If choose take out but dont call ahead you can still get the take out reasonably fast and there is waiting area to sit until your order is ready and seperated from the eat in booths and tables which is nice for both those eating in and taking out. Over the years portions seemed to have reduced but over all not bad. I am rating this based on over 50 visits over several years. The service has been good with a rare occassion of waiting too long when I came in which can seem like ypu are being ignored or holding too long on the phone to place your order. They have adittional seating but I have never séen it occupied. alfredo is very heavy and rich ..... as it should be. Seems to have à steady customer flow but not...

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Francello’s foods, service whether you are dining in or taking out, always greeted with a smile, quick service whether you order in, take out or delivery and they care about the quality of their foods!!🤩🤩😍😍

Francello’s is also a great place to ordered half and large pans, hoagie trays, anything you want or need for an event/party and just don’t want to cook a large lunch/dinner but want a great dinner feel. This is definitely a place in Pennsauken, NJ that can make it happen! Francellos has catered to me at Campbell’s Soup Company in many occasions over 25 pizzas all fresh, piping hot, delicious and on-time even on last minute requests!🤩🤩😍😍😍😍

So my family came in around 930 to order a pizza and to sit there and eat it. We then went to the table and a younger gentleman came up to us and said sorry but we’re not taking anymore in house orders because we close at 10pm. We told we already ordered at the front and he said ok that’s fine then you guys can sit and eat inside. Mind you we have a 2 year old with us. Then the gentleman that took our order and came up to us and said sorry my manager put your guys pizza Togo. Which was confessing because he took our order and put it as Togo. With the First Gentleman that just said it was ok for us to eat there. There was no sorry no nothing and on top of it we left a 10 dollar tips. Poor management and very unprofessional staff will not...
