I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. From the moment I walked in Thursday, March 6th at 8:00pm, the atmosphere felt negative, and it only got worse. The cashier had a terrible attitude with the customers before us, and unfortunately, she treated us no differently.
When it was our turn to order, she rudely asked, "What do you want to order?" in an aggressive tone. My husband, who has an accent, tried to place the order, and when she asked for his name, she impatiently demanded he spell it out. When he did, she rolled her eyes and acted completely unprofessional.
The final straw was when my husband asked for garlic sauce, and she loudly said "HUH, I donât understand you," as if trying to embarrass him. Thatâs when I had to step in and repeat it for her, to which she muttered under her breath, "Who is she getting smart with?" Thankfully, a manager had to step inâproving this is likely a pattern of behavior.
While waiting for our food, the employees were loudly talking about inappropriate topics, which made the experience even worse. To top it all off, the food wasnât even good.

I proceeded to explain that that had nothing to do with me and that I was not OK with waiting 20 to 30 minutes once I got to the restaurant as thatâs the whole purpose of calling ahead so the guy on the phone said that theyâll make it now for when I got there. So I proceeded to place the order with him until I realize he wasnât on the line after saying hello a few times I noticed that I was put on hold and then like after five minutes of woman get on the phone and we got disconnected. I called the store back. The manager takes my order. I get there to pick up my order and get it home to realize thereâs only 11 wings instead of 12 that I ordered when I called the store back to explain what happened.
