Words can not even describe how Disgusted I am with the customer service of this taco bell. They have gotten my food wrong multiple times. The one time I actually call and Complain I was told by a manager on the phone that my name was taken down and my order would be ready "whenever" I came and picked it up. However, I decided on a rainy night to go and pick up what I thought I could go get and was told by a very rude, unprofessional "manager" whipty dooo, get out of my store or I'll call the cops due to I no longer had the receipt from it being a week and a half ago, and he "didn't care" who took my name down he wasn't going to do anything about it. Working in the food industry, I understand not having a receipt. However, when I called the store the day my food was missing, the manager on duty told me the bag was sitting there and they forgot to hand it to me that no receipt was necessary due to she had the food in hand. So, I didn't keep a receipt. She wrote down everything and took it herself. However, David, told me to pretty much get out of his store and call cooperate. When I asked for cooperates phone number, he handed me a receipt that only had the store phone number on it, so I asked again for the cooperate phone number, he then told me to "Google it" and leave his store now before the cops were called. So I did exactly that. The only thing I wanted was what I previously paid for and was promised by a store manager. Read moreBad. Worst experience i have ever had. Placed my $45 mobile order on my phone before arriving. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru till I got to the speaker box just to be told that they didn't have my order. Even though they had already deducted the money from my debit card. Cashier told me I could drive around and wait till they received my order. Well at this taco bell there is no way to bail out of the drive thru line so I was stuck in the line for another 15min till I got to the pick up window. Some how my order got canceled and money was put back on debit card in this time frame. I told this to the snooty cashier and manager and that I would like to reorder there. They informed me that they would not take my order at that point because they didn't do add ons at the window and that I could return to the drive thru line and then place my order again at the speaker box. The line was all the way to 12th Ave and down the street. It would have taken me another hour to get back around to get my food. So by ordering ahead on their app would have taken me almost 2hrs to actually get my food. This is supposed to be a time saver? I don't think so. That was ridiculous. Very rude. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever in countered. Manager had no clue how to handle this problem. Read moreI deliver for doordash came into this location went through drive-thru 10 minutes before the lobby closed. Was stuck in line behind vehicles with vehicles also behind me. I was told to sit through the drive-thru line and wait and then come inside to get my food. When I go inside to get my food the lady that looks like she's strung out on meth or crack but the headset on started screaming at me for coming inside to get my order and refused to give it to me. Yelling that she is very busy and she don't have time for doordashers. I don't care that she is underpaid I don't care that she is supposed to be the manager but she is very unprofessional. She needs to talk with people with respect that are delivering y'all's food to your customers that have already paid. Instead I am dealing with customer service for over 20 minutes. The lady told me to unassign my order she refused to give me my food to be delivered so I lose my points in the merchant doesn't get any markings for their wrongdoing.
