Haus of Hue — Local services in Pensacola

My experience shopping here is that they definitely are not the business model that Aqua embodied. The prior owner/sales staff would stop what they were doing to help a customer see a particular piece of furniture that was in the warehouse. I went by yesterday to purchase new dining room chairs. All of the chairs are on a shelf that the staff working are unable to take down. Paramount, to make an informed decision and purchase, I truly needed to see all of the chairs up close and be able to sit in each. But, I narrowed my choice from afar, with lights shining in my eyes to one particular chair. I was told that a member of their team would take the chair down later that day and I could come back tomorrow which I intended to do. My thoughts about their design of the showroom that would drive sales was that it is not conducive to making money. I surmised that I might as well be shopping on the internet or out of a catalog. Consequently and unfortunately, I received not even a call but a text the following morning that they were unable to take the chair down due to staffing issues and that I could come by in another 2 days. I declined. In my opinion, Haus of Hue needs to rethink their showroom floor design and staffing so that they do not lose potential sales and also have the courtesy of a phone call rather than a text to say they are sorry in that they could not fulfill...
