Culver’s — Restaurant in Peoria

Omg don’t know where to start. My first time going to this Culver’s was yesterday night my order was messed up and with no hesitation they made me another one well by time I pulled off and started eating I seen my replacement was also messed up NO BIGGIE because I 100% understood the new workers on that shift were trying their hardest and why would I make a big deal of it. I couldn’t resolve the issue then and there because by that time they were closed already but the staff was so nice on that shift you couldn’t help be be patient lol. Anyway I basically ended up going back today and when I tell you the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A 1 I am not over exaggerating. I am overwhelmed by the love and Correction they had and did for my order they almost made me cry. No one was rude about it they made sure it was correct and that I didn’t feel bad about bringing my incorrect order from yesterday. Not only that but I was given 2 free meal coupons on top of my corrected order it was so hot fresh and delicious and was so perfect for my cravings ‼️ I live about 20 minuets away from this location but I promise you I will never go to another culver I will drive to this location EVERY SINGLE TIME I love how they made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer I’ve never had customer service and fresh food this perfect 🥰‼️ thank you manager Jessica and your crew for valuing not only my time but me as a...

The food here is always consisitently delicous! Sometimes, it takes forever to get your food though. They have gotten a little better after their fresh opening, but it still takes awhile.

Their drive through can sometimes be annoying with consistency of the orders or special requests. I've had it happen multiple times where I special request condiments at the pickup window, and they say they'll put them in the bag and bring them out with the order.... after waiting and the food comes out, the requested condiments are NOT there. The delivery person walks away so fast before I can check, I either have to deal with not having the condiments or get out of my car and go in to request them and hold up the drive through. Either remember to put the sauces in the bag like you promised or give them to me at the drive...

I have been here twice since it opened, and both times have been less than satisfactory with service. A small chocolate shake ordered via drive thru at the Home Depot location ALWAYS resulted in me getting it right at the window, no wait. The first time here, I had to pull around and wait for a couple of minutes. Weird, since it wasn't that busy and the other Culver's doesn't do this, but I dealt with it. Second visit was for a small shake again, and they had me pull around. I waited and saw order after order come out for people that arrived after me. Ten minutes later and still nothing.
