Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Peoria

Please see photo. This is the ExtraMostBestest® Pepperoni pizza. Paid $9 for it. Went to pick it up, looked at it and pointed out that it was supposed to have extra pepperoni. Evenly distributed and maybe an inch from the edge. This one had most toppings more than 3 inches from edge, and vast areas near center with no pepperoni. So I courteously asked the young lady to remake it. She said it would take "7-9 minutes". 20 minutes later, she wordlessly handed me this pizza. It was THE VERY SAME pizza she'd handed me 20 minutes before!!!!!! She ACTUALLY took the pizza back to the kitchen, waited 20 minutes, then brought it back out again. Here's the thing: this level of disdain toward a customer is not uncommon these days. I have no way of knowing what motivated this/these employee(s) to behave so contemptuously. But sometimes a pizza isn't just a pizza. It might be ordered for a birthday party. Or to cheer someone up. In this case, I was taking this sloppy, thoughtlessly-made pizza to my teenaged grandson... who was babysitting an 8-year-old whose mom was in hospital. We wanted this little guy to actually HAVE a "ExtraMostBestest®" pizza for his lunch on what was an awful day for him! Instead, I showed up - 20 minutes late - with THIS thing. We won't be returning to this location. Never had problems like this at the Sheridan...

I have been craving Little Caesars pizza for a minute. Dang, I wish I would’ve taken a picture! I got the slices and sticks pizza, pepperoni and Italian cheese bread. It was sooo good. I was eating the sticks in the passenger seat and fed a couple of them to my husband. It was hot, fresh, and tasted really good. Little Caesars is the most slept on pizza chain. Forget all of the rest of them. For $6.99 +tax that was a decent meal. If u order on the app, they put the pizza in a machine that keeps it warm until u come pick it up. They give u a code to put in and the little door opens and u take the pizza. Also no human contact, and not waiting in line (if there is one) just to pick up a pizza if u paid already. I’m coming back to this location. The one on Sheridan Rd needs...

I was very Hungry after work. Bought a deep dish pizza , the Bottom was crunchy, the top was cheesey/gooey Goodness But was disappointed Bcuz the Dough wasnt Cooked . It was half cooked Dough . I didnt call to report this Nor did I take it back bcuz I live 45 minutes away from Peoria and I only go there once a month to clean a client's Home. when I realized the under-cooked Dough , I was Well on my way Home....Counter cashier Young Ladies standing around could have benefited the Business more if she /they Could Clean Their Disgusting Bathroom and waiting area....This was a Let down for me since Little Ceasers is My Favorite...
