If an owner or a real manager sees this, we need some assistance. You have a manager here who has worked Friday night and is working Saturday afternoon who is not only completely disrespectful to the customers but he has also refused to provide his name when asked so that we can speak to someone above him. He has hung up on us on numerous occasions, after telling us that them forgetting a whole bag containing someone’s dinner was “NOT A BIG DEAL”. We had guests who we were getting dinner for and upon returning home to meet them, we had to leave again because your store forgot a whole bag. This is after we asked if that was everything when they brought our food out to us and they told us yes. The food is the minor problem here. The attitude and refusal to help that we received from this “manager” is unacceptable and has guaranteed we will not be returning to this location. To not only tell us that having to leave our company and return to the store was not a big deal but to also hang up on us when we asked if there was someone else to speak to and refuse to give us his name afterward. That is an incredible show of disrespect towards customers and this location should be ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED of themselves for allowing a manager like this gentleman to call...
Read moreTwo weeks ago We went through the drive through and ordered one cod meal/dinner with two pieces of cod, fries, and coleslaw, and one cod meal/dinner with 4 pieces of cod, fries and coleslaw. One large diet Pepsi, one large diet root beer, and one large cookie-dough mixer. When we got home, we found only five pieces of fish and cold fries packaged in little thin cardboard boxes . One piece of fish and some fries in three boxes, and two pieces of fish in another. More fries in yet another. There was the proper amount of coleslaw and tarter sauce. So we paid for 6 pieces of fish and received only five.
We decided to give this location another try. This time we ordered two three piece cod meals/dinners with fries and coleslaw., along with large drinks and a large mixer. This time when we got home, the food was hot. We had the proper number of pieces of fish. But this time, we had a small bag with a plastic knife, a plastic fork, one coleslaw, and one tarter sauce. There should have been two of those.
The employees at this location are always polite and kind, and share their smiles willingly. But we will not be returning to this location, because there seems to be mix-ups every time we visit. With the price of this food, we should be getting...
Read moreFor my eating experience, I was really on the fence about giving it 5 stars, since the food and service is excellent- especially compared to other fast food chains. However, I do feel 5 stars should be reserved for the cream of the crop. I ordered a chicken sandwich, which was piping hot, fresh, and all around delicious. I also ordered a cookie dough, salted carmel concrete mixer. The concrete mixer is aptly named, as the first 2 bites are delicious, but shortly thereafter, finishing it becomes more of a challenge than an enjoyable experience. They are very generous with the toppings, perhaps a little TOO generous, and the custard that they use seems to act as the concrete mixer's name implies, solidifying in your stomach rather quickly and making it difficult to complete the entire portion (Which might be a good thing, I'm sure the Calories are through the roof).
Overall, I am satisfied with my Culvers experience, but the food can be a little overwhelming, as well as expensive. As far as fast food goes, however, it is a step above most other places, and the staff and service are courteous and work quickly. I wouldn't recommend eating at this place more than once a month...
