I normally wouldn't post, but now it's back to back to back visits to this location. My last time at this location, I was suffering bad vertigo. I summized it was a Covid-19 after effect. I was dropped off by a friend because I couldn't drive. I got to the window...and I said ...I'm having severe vertigo, I need to see the doc. The girl says I'm sorry sir it's a 4 Hour wait...you have to come back...then Wham, dizziness hit and BAM I go all the way down...285 lbs hit the floor...A customer got up from the waiting area and helped me to my feet....they offered ZERO assistance, the girl said again you will need to come back. I was out of it....I am shocked and appalled they let me walk out of there. My friend had an apointment so I decided to walk home. 2 minute drive, figured 10 minute walk. I made it down the sidewalk, and began to cross street, Wham vertigo hits....this time I fall on my face, on the Asphalt right on 83rd Avenue...in the street. Ruined my 600.00 dollar prescription Oakley glasses, and destroyed my knees. See picture. Looking at the picture again is infuriating. Last time before that disaster the PA tried to give me medicine that contradicted medicine I was currently taking...offered zero resolutions to assist my situation and relieve my distress. Today I made an online apointment at 2:15 was sent a text they were running behind. At 2:20 Was sent the text to go to the clinic. Arrived 2:22 I sat for about 30 minutes and was called back. I sat in that dirty waiting room #102, waiting...and waiting....and waiting. I could hear them laughing....seeing patient after patient. Banging the wall next to me. Banging the Cupboard doors. Talking up and down the hallway. Mark the nurse performed like an absolute idiot he Could not prounounce ANY of the medicines in my chart, why would you take a job in the medical profession and not work on honing your skills including verbal skills. This is the third one at this location that can't pronounce or spell the medication names. It's honestly disturbing. My question is how do you graduate nursing school without knowing how to prounounce the drugs? My chart was completely full of old medicines that I have discontinued and definately updated before.
I finally got up and wandered around looking for somebody to see if they forgot me. Finally , at 4:49 pm....(Keep in mind my online apointment was 2:15)....they took ANOTHER person in front of me. I couldn't believe it. I left ANGRY... I told the receptionist to NOT bill my appointment. This clinic used to be decent and staffed properly. Now...forget about it.... Go somewhere else if you can...avoid this location until they get their act together..or ALL TOGETHER they seem like amateurs, and really un qualified. The employee shortage is in full effect here.. Honor health is just down the road. I'm done with these self righteous amateurs. I left this location in FAR greater Distress than when I arrived a full two and a half hours earlier. The last time I was there, I left that day, also in FAR greater Distress than when I arrived AND fell into 83rd avenue....could have been hit by a car.. And I have had to advise against their medication recommendation so I didn't harm myself. Why would you do that to a patient. I live right up the street, I could have went home and come back at 5:15, or 5:30 or 6, or 7.....A 2 minute drive. Instead of sitting hour after hour. Absolutely un called for and shows a real, true lack of leadership, understanding and management.. This is a neighborhood clinic, Act like it. It clearly falls on the ownership of this clinic as the 2 clinics I go to in Gilbert are exceptional and staff have blown this one out of the water. I would expect them to make some decent hiring decisions instead of sucking the bottom of the barrel. I've never seen an actual Dr. At this location....
Read moreLove this place! Everyone from the lovely front desk lady to the gentlemen who gets us settled in the room and checks vitals. Our last visit we had the pleasure of working with a very friendly nurse practitioner with glasses and dark hair. It is very unfortunate there have been some bad reviews of this gem! Please do not let those personal opinions or judgements affect your visit to this facility. We are new to the area and have only visited twice here once during the day and yesterday evening. The past 2x I used the online check in ahead and they stayed very close to that check in time I probably only waited 10 minutes longer then the reserved time soooo it helps greatly to check in online and it’s so easy! Both visits have been pleasant. Last time we worked with a tall male slender nurse practitioner who I believe someone left a review on as being unpleasant and dry please please everyone is different Personality wise and he explained stuff to us very well he took the time to review her file again to make sure everything was fine for what he was prescribing and even recommended I follow up with my pediatrician about the incident and it helped the pediatrician determine a better plan based on his info in discharge papers. I can go without all the fluff some delicate people need I’m there for help not butterflies. My daughter has bad asthma and they have both times been very cautious with prescriptions and checking her out never made me feel that my questions or answers were dumb or they didn’t time time for them. Yes they are busy it’s urgent care, you get what you give out there not just workers there people like us who also read energy. I feel safe and happy to have a great urgent care who genuinely cares for you to get back to feeling like you again! Thank you team for helping...
Read moreThese people traumatized me and my twin 2 year old girls. First, we had to wait 2 hours to even get seen. Any adult alone with 2 sick toddlers can tell you what hell that is already, but it gets worse. We go in and the medical assistant, who had a Satan tattoo on his back that offended me and scared my babies, man handled my scared baby to try and weigh her. So right out of the gate she is terrified of this scary man who is grabbing her and she doesn’t know. He didn’t get her weight. Now she is screaming. We go into the room and no one is helpful. They’re scared of the “bad guy” as they called him. I’m stressed and alone. We get seen by a PA who spoke to me like I was a stupid child but I am a medical professional. He prescribed an ANTIBIOTIC FOR A VIRAL INFECTION for a BABY!!! Before we got to this “diagnosis”, which was properly diagnosed but very improperly treated, he came in the room, observed her condition, then left the room without telling me what was going on. After waiting there for 20 minutes with 2 screaming babies, I eventually just went into the hallway and started crying “WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO TELL NE WHAT IS GOING ON!!” Only to find that all the staff sitting there doing nothing. Then when the PA finally came back he spoke to me like I was a child because I look like a young mom. I will never return to ANY banner facility and I will advise every customer that I see at my work to never go to this clinic by “top shelf” because they are rude, unprofessional, and condescending. The only person who was somewhat helpful that the babies didn’t cry when she came in the room, was the woman working the waiting room. She was kind and helped me whenever I needed it. But when we were in the room, she was up front. So it was pure HELL,...
