POOR customer service and poor food quality! One of the worst experiences for delivery. My family order 3 different sets of bone-in wings and a pizza. The pizza was burnt and we only received one order of bone-in wings. The other 2 orders of wings were boneless. We called the store back to inform them of the error. The store stated they would correct our order, but we need to pay for separate delivery fee. When we received our second delivery, I looked at the order while the driver was present. AGAIN, the store delivered boneless wings that looked worse compared to the first set. I told the driver the order was wrong, we ordered bone-in. The driver stated, “we are out of bone-in wings”. I called the store a second time, asked to speak with a manager. The woman who answered the phone stated she was the manager. I asked for her name. The woman employee responded very rudely, “Madison, why do you need to know?” I asked Madison if they had any bone-in chicken? Madison responded, “We are out of bone-in chicken, our truck doesn’t come until tomorrow. I tried to do the best I could with what little chicken we had”. I asked Madison why did she not call us to inform us the first time or why did you not tell us when we spoke to you the second time due to our order being wrong? Madison was not able to respond. The store did not call us. Madison said she would refund our money for the entire order and it would take 5-7 business days to get back on card. I called back the next day and asked to speak with a manager. The man who answered the phone said he was the manager. I then asked for his name. The male employee responded, “Josh”. I explained to Josh what happened with our order last night. Josh stated, “we called you twice last night before making the order but no answer”. Wrong, I let Josh no that no calls were received from Dominos. Josh tried to argue with me about it and insisted they called. I told Josh even if they called the first time, which they didn’t, why weren’t we informed the second time when we called to inform you the order was wrong? Josh had no comment and started to get an attitude. I then asked for the regional manager’s information and/or how to contact the regional manager. Josh refuses to assist me any further, stated he did not have that information and go to the website. My family will NEVER order from Dominos again! The WORST! (When I figure out how to post the pictures of the poor quality food, I will.) After posting this review I washed my hands of the experience and was going to let it be done. At about 5:15pm I received a call from Carisa, an employee from Dominos. Carisa wanted to know why I called, I guess, honestly, by the end of the call I am not sure why she called me. I started to explain what happened. Carisa cut me off multiple times, stated they followed policy, and then as I was trying to explain the issue again Carisa decided to play the phone recording from the night before. WOW! Carisa asked, “you got your money back, What else do you want?” NOTHING! I was only trying to file a complaint so your store could take the issues as an opportunity to learn and improve. The additional phone call from Carisa was not helpful and I understand now that the employees there are satisfied with their poor customer service. Read moreClearly, and positively ripping people off through the Dominos app! So basically I order from the deals they offer and I get the three topping medium pizza for $9.99. Every single time I have ordered this order instead of $9.99 as the subtotal the subtotal now becomes $10.49??? I do not order more than three toppings, and also I do not order extra cheese so every time I order it should be $9.99 + tax so I assume they are ripping everyone who orders this deal off ! The first employee I questioned about. It told me he has no idea, and he tries to avoid the online app ordering like the plague. And I thought Dominos promoted their app wow what a stupid answer, then the second employee was just a young kid and he said he don’t really know anything about it, so basically, they gave me no discount or corrected my subtotal, which is only $.50 but several times I paid full price! Feeling super aggravated because if it offers something at one price, that’s the price it should be hopefully a manager sees this and takes care of the problem and contacts me for some customer appreciation coupons. Read moreOrdered here online and had someone go to pick up the order. The order wasn't even being prepared. The workers there got an attitude when they were asked why the order wasn't even in the oven. Total time waiting for the food order was about 50 mins. They also forgot parts of the order which took additional time to wait for. When I called up there to talk to a mgr about the order, Zach picked up the phone and asked me why I was asking to speak to a mgr. I then asked him if a mgr was on duty and he responded " obviously there's a mgr here, we can't run without one now can we". So the mgr Mark gets on the phone and he also didn't want to give out his name or the name of Zach. When I told him there was an issue with my order he said that they were extremely busy.
