Hardee’s — Restaurant in Peoria

Would not recommend working for or frequenting the Hardee's corporation. I was robbed at gunpoint at this Hardee's location on North Knoxville at Northpoint Shopping Center. I was discouraged from seeking help after being held up at the door and drug through the restaurant and put into their cooler. I wasn't even on the clock, so at this point I was a customer! Involved in the incident were actual employees that assisted in the robbery. No one would listen to me and other workers and management discouraged me from seeking help by telling me I only wanted money from the company to acquire restitutions which was further from the truth. On top of that, I was required to work at 11AM even after I was robbed at gunpoint and questioned by police until 2-3AM. I sought out help and got therapy and was diagnosed with Agoraphobia from the incident and was treated. I requested assistance from Hardee's in a pittance of an amount to cover the cost of therapy after my insurance covered part of the balance. I am no longer seeking therapy, but Hardee's will not cover the remaining balance which is not much at all. They do not take care of their customers and certainly their staff. If anything happens to you at their establishment you will not only be resisted on assistance, but will also become victimized all over again. You have...

Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. Very slow restuarant. Only 2 sets of customers when I was there. An older lady who was waiting 15 minutes for her food and then I and a couple of friends. We placed our order and sat down. It took them 25 minutes to cook our sandwiches for some reason? We all ordered curly fries and they were cold as hell and no flavor to them. We noticed that they were making new fries of both while I noticed the bins for both types of fries were already full. It is just a piss piir running operation there. No one had kindness and very unapologetic when I made my concerns. Whomever owns this restaurant should be embarrassed and ashamed for how this one is ran. Person at counter was not a people person. Bordering on rude or put out, angry like? She was quite efficient though. My burger meat was dry and then way too much mayo, great globs of mayo. Enough for 2 to 3 burgers. I didn't like the 8 dollar burger at all but the fries were fresh and hot......plus good. Sorry but that experience wasn't good as a whole, gave me indigestion and turned me off of Hardee's and it's over priced burgers. I wish I had thought to take a pic of the burger patty and the hreat globs of mayo. I didn't even order mayo and wouldn't have.
