Subject: Complaint About Poor Service Experience
Dear Subway Owner/Manager,
I had a very bad experience at your store today.
When I entered, the lady at the counter (her name was Chrissy) didnât greet me and instead asked, âAre you the DoorDasher?â She seemed to ask that to every customer entering the store, which felt very unwelcoming.
I asked for a footlong sandwich on Italian Herb & Cheese bread, but she gave me plain Italian bread and after she changed it.I also told her I donât eat any kind of meat or beef. I asked for American cheese and a veggie patty, but she didnât listen properly and toasted it before confirming. When I reminded her about the veggie patty, she got angry and rudely said, âI asked you before â itâs on the meat side.â and how I know they put veggie patty on the meat side.I was only trying to confirm there was no meat mixed in the veggie patty.
She didnât explain anything clearly and made it seem like getting the veggie patty was a big inconvenience. If veggie patties are kept on the meat side, how are customers supposed to know that? It should be visible on both sides.
Then I bought a Subway sandwich and a 44 oz drink. When I tried to get ice, the machine had no ice. I asked her, and she said, âWe donât have ice,â without even saying sorry or informing me beforehand. She knew there was no ice, but still didnât let me know before I paid.
I felt very bad about the whole experience but stayed calm and didnât argue. Iâve visited this location many times and never had such a poor experience. Iâve never seen this employee before, but I believe someone with this kind of attitude should not be working behind the counter.
Employees like her hurt the business. If I could give her a negative rating, I would. She doesnât even deserve one star. I respect all businesses, but not rude behavior or bad attitudes. As paying customers, we expect...
   Read moreDon't go on lunch break. I went with only one car ordering at the drivethru window and one car in the parkinglot. It still took just over 15 minutes to get done with my food (I know exactly, because I had an active timer for my lunch..). On top of that, I ordered a Turkey Bacon Guac wrap and a bottle of water, which totalled almost $18! I asked him about it in the window and, my fault too I guess, he said he couldn't find that wrap and didn't know what I was talking about. It's been a while since I ordered it so maybe subway doesn't have it anymore? Who knows, because he didn't even try to care or even apologize for the wait, the cost, the misunderstanding, nothing. Unfortunately, I can't afford $18 for a 6" wrap and a water, but they had already taken so much time I didn't have any time to order something different. By the time I got out of there I had just enough time to drive to work and be late clocking back in...no time to eat. They had 3 employees on staff and it took you 15 minutes to get through one order?? When I could sneak a bite I notice they didn't even heat up the bacon on my wrap, and over half the wrap has no veggies (I ordered 5 different veggies, there should be some..) Pretty...

Lettuce typically is turning/ meat at times smells foul. And this tipping thing.... I'm not going to tip until I see what you have provided me and I'm insulted to be asked. Most cases I receive a gross sandwich w/I an extra something or a ridiculous amount of sauce that I wear afterwards when I asked for no extra. BEING HANDED THE GREASY UNSANITIZED CARD READER IN A RUSHING MANNER ONLY TO SELECT A TIP IS OFFENSIVE AND RUDE YOU PUT EVERYONE AT RISK FOR YOUR SELFISHNESS!
