Taco Bell — Restaurant in Peoria

We ordered our order through the app and paid ahead of time. We arrived at the preset time at the drive thru. Our order wasn't ready, but they said it would be ready in 15 minutes at the speaker. We wait 7 minutes because of two cars ahead of us. By the time we get to the window, it has been at least 35 minutes since the order was placed. The woman at the window gives us our drink and tells us to pull forward. My husband and I do not want to pull forward knowing that it will take longer for our order - that is why there are drive thru timers in place. We refuse to pull up. They come back to the window 5 minutes later with the manager saying we HAVE TO pull forward because of cars behind us. By this time, the initial 15 minutes that was stated had passed, and our food still wasn't ready. My husband told me to not pull up and went inside to see what the issue was. The manager came back to the window telling me to pull up and said we would get a refund. I asked why couldn't we just get our refund at the window. She stated because our food wasn't ready implying we would receive both, so I pulled up. My husband came out and so did the manager. She gave me a refund, but no food. She stated that despite us ordering and paying ahead of time, our order will not display on her screen until we actually show up in the drive thru (which defeats the purpose of ordering and paying ahead of time). I told her other Taco Bells have our food ready when we arrive. She replied that Taco Bell was not set up that way. Three minutes shy of an hour after the order was placed, we received our refund and no food. My husband is upset, and so am I. Neither feel like cooking, which is why we opted for fast food. No...

AVOID this taco bell at all costs. If not, MAKE SURE to ask for freshly made food, not cold garbage that sits on a shelf waiting to be ordered. My steak quesadilla was cold, dry, cheese unmelted, and had maybe five pieces of steak in it the size of my finger nail. The soft tacos were cold and leaking water from what I presume was the heat inside of the taco a result of the food being pre-made and left sitting waiting for someone to order it. By the time I pulled around to the window to pay, the bag was already sitting there ready for me. No shot they made it that quick, and even if they could, id rather it take a bit longer to make the food than to be served a pile of inedible wet cold garabge. They say you need the receipt for a refund but i was never handed one, neither was one placed in the bag. Tried using the sticker on the bag as proof I had this meal which has sinilar info as the standard receipt, but they of course...

It's taco bell. I went late. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling so incredibly sick. I started praying hard "oh lord, please forgive me. Please do not let me succumb to the tacos." Yall, I went to war in the spirit. Whatever happened here was demonic. I prayed all night that I would live. Is got mad at my wife for not making dinner bc I thought it was her fault. I had to forgive her too bc I was praying for healing, and didn't want the resentment to block me off from my miracle. I woke up the next day, my face was swelled up. I felt like I had been drinking all night. I've been sober for nearly 12 years and now I have a theory that hangovers are not caused by alcohol, but taco bell. Not sure.
