It was a very simple order.... Cheeseburger with mustard, chili cheese dog and large tots. First of all - how incompetent do you have to be to place a chili cheese dog STANDING UP VERTICAL IN THE BAG! They just put the chili cheese dog in the same bag with the cheeseburger and large tots - instead of in a separate bag horizontally. Husband got home within 10 minutes and it was a mess. Had to scrape the chili cheese dog out of the holder, put on a plate and eat with a fork and knife. And good luck ever getting a cheeseburger the way you order it. Ordered with mustard, received with mayo instead. They get the cheeseburgers wrong I would say 50% of the time. Or if you order two burgers - differently - they switch the tags on the burgers. The only reason for two stars was that the tots were pretty good. And I noticed on their receipt - they do NOT put the store number, so you cannot do the survey they post at the bottom of the receipt (won't work without the store number). Read moreThis location went downhill. Have been regular visitors since 2013. Starting about 6 mos ago, they can't seem to get orders straight. Always order double cheeseburger w/no no ketchup or mayo (leaves meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato). July got meat, cheese, only. Ordered 2nd time in July and got meat, cheese, tomato (no lettuce). So then I tried bacon double cheeseburger as I wd only have to remove 1 condiment (mayo) and I got it with mayo on it. Obviously not future rocket scientists here. They stopped offering large Blasts and almost $6 for a 24 oz blast is ridiculous. Iget a 2 qt of specialty ice cream at the store for that price, so they are no longer our dessert stop. They also now apparently have stopped serving route 44 drinks (could not get any today & tried 4 different drinks). Also, you can order most drinks without ice, but NOT Sprite????Guess we're done...

The app was frustrating today, stated the location was "temporarily closed" but no explanation why, we drove up and could clearly see the location was open. We tried to place our order, and the app made me instead purchase a digital card to try and pay with, not sure why, so we ordered via menu board instead. After frustratingly trying to figure out why the app wasn't working, why I had to buy a gift card, we were told by the "manager" Bailey Jean that we could have instead gone to a different location, in a quite rude voice that only showcased a lack of experience and customer care on her end, and so we've taken her advice and will not be taken our business to this location again and will go out of our way if we want a treat. Try the location on deer valley if you need a corn...
