Starbucks — Restaurant in Peoria

I ordered a Carmel Macchiato easy ice extra Carmel (not stirred). I have ordered this well for several years. Never has my drink looked like this. I assumed maybe the gal was new and she stirred it. I took a drink and nope pure milk with Carmel and ice. When I came back Marissa who was very unprofessional. Not even sure if that was her name because after I asked for it the three other gals started laughing. Starbucks charges a lot for the drinks and worth it. I think they should send these girls back to customer service training and teach them one how to make a proper drink. Not tell the customer it looks like that because she asked for easy ice. Employees are very rude and not helpful. Ordered a tea while three women were working and then stepped back to wait for my order. The three women went on talking for many minutes and I figured, hey I’m not in a rush or anything, they probably had to brew my tea and are waiting.

About five minutes goes by and the woman says, “Hey, your tea has been ready. I put it over there” in the meanest voice and points to the complete other counter. I literally apologized because I always do that, but she was so rude.

I was the only person at the store. She could’ve said my name or handed it to me. Especially after she realized I didn’t see her put it down.

I visit this Starbucks occasionally when I need to take care of biz in this area. I have received excellent service each time and the staff members are expedient with a good sense of humor. I can honestly say that I've never seen this Starbucks filthy (as one customer posted) or cluttered like I have noticed at other locations...but the unkempt appearances are a result of busy times of the day and sloppy customers that don't feel the need to clean up after themselves. So, to the employees of this Starbucks location...Thanks for the wonderful...
