Subway — Restaurant in Peoria

Updated 1/31/22 @4:15pm: came into the store, CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. The topping area was clean! The employees were patient, kind, and fast. Mind you, I ordered 4 footlongs and a kids meal while they were doing a doordash order and 2 ppl behind me. I am really proud that they have done so much better! Thank you, guys. I will be back again!

In 2021: We walked in to get 4 foot longs. As soon as I and my daughter came in, there wasn't anyone in their but others started walking in. It seemed like the 2 girls were annoyed while making sandwiches. As they were making the subs they were just throwing the veggies in the sandwiches. There were veggies mixed in with other veggies. It seemed to me like they didn't even want to be there. The customer service was very poor. Sandwiches were wrapped messy. I went to pay with a $50 dollar bill, she took it and then asked the other girl with a sparkly mask (not food grade material) and she looked at me and shook her head no. Mind you there are NO signs saying they don't take 50's. I didn't know what to do. Luckily 2 Latino men behind me in line offered me change for the 50. I should've just walked out but I'm not like that. I will never go back to that one. These new generations don't have any respect, any moral's and don't know how to provide real...

This is a pretty good location. It’s always very clean inside and it’s quiet. The service is good at this location as well. Everyone is very friendly and the packaging is always good for our pickup orders. All of our cold sandwiches are pretty good. They are made well and the ingredients are usually fresh. From time to time there are some soggy veggies, but this happens everywhere. Nothing has ever been spoiled or inedible. The hot sandwiches aren’t really that well done, in our experience. I think most times the sandwiches could stand to be in the toaster for a little while longer so the cheese actually melts and there’s a nice toast on the bread. All in all, we prefer this location to most others because the cold sandwiches are consistently pretty good. Love using the app as well! We get a lot of offers and enjoy saving money...

My fiancé went to subway for us and I asked him to get me a Turkey, bacon and avocado sub. When he got home I was disappointed to find that it wasn’t avocado, it was guacamole. They do have a Turkey, bacon, guacamole sub and a Turkey, bacon, avocado sub. I wanted the avocado. As you may think it’s the same thing, it wasn’t. The guacamole made my bread soggy and it tasted like guacamole, not like plain avocado. Smh... I called and the lady was very nice and apologetic about it saying they don’t have the avocado at their location just the guacamole. My advice to them is to take it off your menu and don’t offer it if you don’t have it at your location. What a waste our money and the uneaten...
