Stopped at this location on my way home from work for lunch at 2:10pm (keep in mind I live 30 mins from home and I have 4 dogs that need taken care of when I get there) I placed my online order and drove there 10 mins later. I arrived at the drive thru speaker and gave them my name and headed to the window (no line might I add) I waited for about 10 mins for them to hand me my drink, then a bit more to finally get my food. I headed home not thinking I should’ve checked my bag because when I finally sat down to eat, I realized I was missing and entire new item that I had ordered for my s/o. And to my surprise the one that I did order looked like this, didn’t even 1/2 a cup of the new queso with my 2 mini crunchwraps. At that time it was 3:30, I called the location and asked to speak to the manager, I told them what had happened with my missing item (didn’t even tell him about the quality issue of the other) and told them what time I was there to which he responded “wow that was a while ago” (I’m not sure what that has to do with my item missing but) He then asked if I could come back and get it, to which I told him I live 30 away and wouldn’t be able to. He then said I could come back tomorrow and get the missing item. I asked his name 3 times and he said “just come through the drive thru and tell them you had a missing order” he claimed to be a manager so I’m not sure why he couldn’t tell me his name. I just feel like at their prices now this shouldn’t be an issue. I’m glad that they atleast are giving me a replacement, I just feel like people who are paying this kind of money for Taco Bell shouldn’t have to deal with this. And this is not the first time I’ve had this issue at this...
Read moreWe love Taco Bell, however, we do not like when we order and specifically double check that our order is correct and pay for the extra chicken on our nacho party pack only to get home and have it be 100% incorrect. I do NOT eat beef. The nachos when we got home had not only beef instead of chicken, it also had the beans and sour cream on it that we asked not to be. All together we ordered $30 worth of food. For us to leave the house and go get more food, that they ruined, and use extra time and gas to go get this corrected. The rest of the family’s food would have been cold when we got back. We could eat together. We asked Mandy, the so called “manager” to replace our meals since ours would have been cold when we got back (cold Taco Bell is not good), and she had an attitude and said she could only replace the nachos. It’s not our fault they screwed up the order. Even the receipt said chicken, no guacamole, no beans. She had no sympathy and was completely rude. We would have taken all the food back to be able to replace it so we could all go home and eat together. Taco Bell employees are lazy and don’t care about what order they do and don’t want to fix...
Read moreI asked for a cheesy bean and rice burrito and was given a beef burrito. I haven't eaten meat in over a decade, and eating meat has a severe impact on my health and wellness. In my past, I've worked the drive-thru at several locations (which consistently saw high-traffic and while also juggling other jobs and classes), so I completely understand how mistakes like this can be made if you're doing your job carelessly. For future reference, asking a simple clarifying question like "did you say bean or beef" when a customer is ordering vegetarian items from your menu will ensure that you are fulfilling the order correctly and doing your job properly for the customers and company you work for. It's much better to get the correct order from a rude employee than thank an employee who smiles at them only to find out that they did not receive what they ordered. Drive-thrus exist for convenience, and when people have to work harder than the employee to place their order or pull over in the parking lot to make sure they received what they ordered, and then go back in and wait for it to be remade when they haven't.... well, it just seems...
