Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Perkins Township

I stay in Sandusky for work and often order delivery from here. I ordered 9/28 @10:00pm and got a call at 11pm telling me my pizza was just being made and would be comped because the drivers car broke down. I know my order was late in the business day and I understand things happen. I waited an hour and a half for my order but since it was free I didn't mind that much. I ordered again today @ 10:20pm 10/1/16 and received two of the same pizza when I ordered two different pizzas. I called @ 10:45pm and was told they would deliver the correct pizza to me right away. Here I am an over an hour later with no pizza and no call to tell me whats going on. I called the store again and they told me there was some confusion and they would upgrade my pizza size and make it right away. So after about 2.5 hours I finally got my other pizza but they put the wrong sauce on it. I'm not saying don't order from here since there product is on par with other Papa Johns but you'll want to double check your order because the service...

So I try not to make a big deal of things, however, when I go to order pizza at 11:04pm, and I'm told, by the manager, that theyre closed. The manager wasnt as courteous as I would've expected. I was given reasons such as not enough staff which I know happens but if there is only 2 employees working, then why are they even open? (7/5/21). I work at Papa Johns in KY as a Delivery driver. We dont close early unless there is snow because of all the hills.. Even then we only end up shutting down delivery. But once again I was told they were closed. So I'm pretty ashamed that a Papa Johns had lied to me, as well as the fact that we had a Papa Johns delivery driver show up at 1:28 AM. I ordered a pizza told them to send it to deepwater Marina and will be at the pavilion there's only one pavilion very easy to find .. and now read this you're not going to believe it this is crazy I can't believe the management at a place like this never got the pizza never got a pizza waited around they said the delivery driver doesn't speak any English doesn't understand why would you send somebody driving that doesn't understand English can't comprehend directions to do a job as a delivery driver. If the management is letting decisions like this happen I couldn't imagine how the food and preparation is. Very easy directions...
