Family Dollar — Local services in Sandusky

I've gone in here multiple times to deposit money on my card, it was very convenient, but I always got a weird vibe like the employees were treating me like I was inconveniencing them. Then recently I went in there and the employee tried telling me they didn't do it the way my card requires, even though I've been doing it that way for almost 2 years now. I even shopped at the store a few times just because I always used that service. I then went to another Family Dollar location in town and asked them if they were still offering that service and if they did it the way my card required and the employee seemed confused I would even ask such a question. Weird how they would only have that policy at the one location I always got...

worst experience in a store ever,clerk was rude,confrontational and used profanity at the beginning and end of most sentences..i was yelled at for returning an item two days after purchase,i asked for managers contact information ,,instead was offered a profane tirade ending with her throwing item i was returning across floor behind the counter.. I wanted to leave a review because the vibe has changed in this store location! I come visit from out of state and I always find myself needing something from this store!! I've seen your worked named Tiff! Her presence has changed the store from my perspective!! She is literally always kind. She greet everyone who walks in and that alone is big for me!! Good job on changing out...
