If I could put zero stars, I would. We entered after a long day at Cedar Point. We were met with them not even knowing that there was an order put in (we ordered on the app). After a minute, we got our food. My 5 layer beefy burrito looked like the aftermath of a horror movie, absolutely destroyed. I opened my Crunchwrap just to see no lettuce. The guy in the back said "nah man we ain't got lettuce". The cheese cups were like a quarter filled and the margins were very small. Like if you're gonna be missing a key ingredient at least try and cover up for it. When we asked the guy if he would eat it, he said "yeah man I'd eat it". When we got our replacement burritos, THE SAME GUY IN THE BACK WAS EATING THE DESTROYED ONES. I legitimately think that he destroyed the burrito just so he could get a free one. After that we also saw the same guy pull a vape outta his pocket, hit it, give it to his friend to hit it, and then put it back in his pocket. This is the dumbest taco bell experience I've ever felt. We were dying laughing at how horrendous this place is. But in all seriousness,...
Read moreMy family came to this taco bell this afternoon to be met with open syringes in the parking lot (I opted to carry my child after this sight" and upon entering were met with "Hello. Its going to be a 15-20 minute wait". Confusing to us as there were no other dine in customers and the drive thru was a ghost town but ok. The baja blast was off in taste, the lobby a mess, the cheese roll ups ended up with tomatoes in them and upon looking at "the line", I genuinely feel bad for feeding what will potentially be a food bourne illness to my 3 year old. We opted not to eat after this sight. The bathrooms offered to changing tables but there sure were a few empty "Natty Daddys" in the trash so at least someone felt the establishment was at least suitable for shooting up and drinking beer. As we exited, we couldn't help but notice 2 out of 3 of the workers on duty were in the lobby on their cell phones SITTING and telling customers "15-20 minute wait" and the customers went right back out the door! I will absolutely be sure to tell anyone in Sandusky about...
