You know, it makes me laugh whenever I read through these reviews because it’s so funny how people feel entitled and think they know how to run a fast food place. Simply, treat others the way you wanna be treated bc that can reflect towards a lot of things. I find it entertaining to see the crazy stories people will come up with just to try to throw shame on an employee or possibly get free food. If you’ve never worked fast food simply stay quiet and let them do their job. If they get orders wrong, okay who cares they’re human. Yes the expectation is to have your order right but you don’t know what could be going on at the moment or what they could be feeling or being short staffed which is a big issue in this store sadly. People aren’t mindful of the emotions employees feel when it’s a rush and they’re short staffed and having customers constantly nagging at you when you’re just trying to do your job. If You didn’t like your experience okay take it up with corporate, don’t comeback and save yourself, the employees and other customers who are trying to do eat in peace or do their job the trouble of disrespecting them and causing scenes just for your own laugh. It’s very sad to see that this is what our world has become, people filled with hate, anger, entitlement, and disrespect. People don’t realize that they have policies they have to follow in order to do their job, being asked to park and wait a moment is one of them, if it’s been a while go inside and ask about your food don’t just bash in there yelling all over the place asking why you have gotten your food because 9/10 times it is a rush, big orders, and or they must follow a specific policy regarding the times. To the crew, keep doing what...
Read moreFor the longest time I would defend Carl’s Jr as a pretty healthy burger franchise, unfortunately my last experience wasn’t that great.
I frequently work closing shifts at in n out, we don’t get out till 2:30am. Sometimes I get hungry and one time I decide to get a western bacon.
The girl handing me my order could look less interested and didn’t even greet me when I pulled up to the window, I was the only person in line, I let is slide cause I figured maybe she’s just tired.
But I can’t say the same for my meal, not only was it twice the price of a double double, it just didn’t taste fresh. Like my fries were cold, and my western bacon tasted strange I literally paused while eating and took apart the burger to see what I was eating…
It’s such a shame cause that’s the only thing I like from Carl’s Jr and the quality just wasn’t there. Who knows what goes on in the kitchen where the public can’t see.
As an in n out associate, the customer is our most important factor. I take pride in greeting every single customer with a smile in a clean environment, knowing that they will receive a freshly cooked and satisfying meal, it is what makes in n out so special.
For that girl to dismiss me like another brick in the wall, and for my meal to be bland and overpriced, I’m afraid Carl’s Jr has lost a customer that...
Read moreWell… after the over-a-decade of BAD!!! service and treatment at this store (a company-run location, too) am glad to finally admit the improvements are not a flash-in-the-pan. 🧐🥲
The only issue, this past year, was the early closing (before hours on the sign) of the dining room… that’s been corrected, though I suspect the shattered front door, some months back, may have been done by another angry customer. As a former employee at the corporate offices, it’s a relief to be able to go in again.. Marty Martinez would certainly be proud.
I’d especially like to compliment Shawn, who’s a Crew Leader in the a.m./Lunch shift. Not only is she effective running both dining room and drive-thru, but she always makes good use of her time, restocking from the supply cabinet hidden in the dining-area wall when she has a chance. She’s a keeper!! (And you haven’t had many—). Please, continue the good...
