The worst service after coming to the restaurant for more than 3 years maybe even 6 years. These girls felt like they were entitled and that they were doing me a favor. They say they don't give out names I wonder why because they rude really badly. They tell me what I ordered and I never order cabeza nachos in my entirety that I have been going there. Then the lil red head girl who refused to give her name talk about we have the right to refuse service after they take my money and screw up my food. The owner needs to get better people there especially the two running the front. They talk Spanish and act like I don't understand. Even when the leader came out and shook his hand to them to not argue back me they stand in front and argue back with me anyways, a customer. Then the same girl wants to apologize to another customer because I'm being loud coz I'm upset when she caused the problem. Not once did I curse and the customer had the nerve to butt in when she had no idea and tell me to calm down. After asking for the owner/manager they wanna act like the customer who pays their salary was in the wrong. Wanna talk bout racists we didn't get a even hello when walking in the door yet all the others did but that's not the big deal the big deal is they don't need to be working for customer service coz they ain't got none. Learn manners and respect it goes a long way. With the way things are nowadays people need to mind there own. You will never be successful when you treat your customers with disregard of your own employees mistakes and to top it off the manager himself said he made the burritos and messed up! So it starts with management very poor management skills.

We randomly stopped and ordered 2 burritos and both were not made to order. One was missing carne asada and pico de gallo and the other ham and pico fe gallo we paid $30 bucks. We called and was told they would be replaced by the cook and Arlette approval, we go back and now the story changed.
Manager said he messed up the carne asada burrito and not the other one. Would not correct both burritos and would not refund our money. He refused absolutely not worth the headache. Asked for the owners info and managers name and was denied.
When I arrived there was another lady behind me complaining saying her nachos were soggy the last time before this and she was back a 2nd time to complain on her order again.
Terrible. We went in the morning no customers and went in the evening no customers but 1 to complain and 2 to order.
I DONT RECOMMEND IT COMING FROM A FAM THAT OWNS RESTAURANT BUSINESS.
