Placed an order online for a rotisserie-style chicken salad with dressing. Was given a fried chicken salad with no dressing. Went back to store and the manager was very rude to the employee who was trying to help me, so I spoke up to him directly. Manager said they don't have rotisserie chicken anymore and he "could not" give me a refund for an online order. Said I had to cancel the order online. It's not possible to pull the order back up, so it cannot be canceled, which I explained to him. He still insisted he could not give me a refund. He was very loud and very short with me just as he had been with the employee. I threw the food away, walked out, and called corporate. I will NEVER visit this DQ again. The way he treated the employee was beyond ridiculous, not to mention the fact that he refused to give me a refund or make it right in any way. The guy that took our order accidentally added something that I didn't order to the ticket which I didn't realize until after I'd paid. Unfortunately when I went to get the money back the owner or manager came in ,once he found out about the mistake instead of letting the guy who had rung up the order take care if it he took over. While refunding the money he was extremely rude calling the guy out and berating him to no end in front of us. This was completely uncalled for , now I know why they have such a high turnover rate. I wouldn't be surprised if this young man quit that night. There is no way to treat your employees and if the owner/ manager continues to treat his employees this way he's going to run the place into the ground. So my rating has nothing to do with the service or being overcharged this is all on the owner. Definitely wasn't worth the $3.75 to see this kid...
   Read moreHorrible management/owner.I placed a big order.ten#5meals (3 of them with only ketchup) ,one #1meal , 3 cheese burgers(only ketchup) and a 6 piece tenders combo.The food was decent for the most part ,but I had to take three sandwiches back in because they were made wrong. Instead of apologizing, the owner accused someone of eating the wrong cheeseburger.I explained to him that I only ordered three cheeseburgers with no ketchup, so there was no way someone could have accidentally eaten a cheese burger when I clearly have 3 Infront of you. He was mad that had to remake the sandwiches because they were breaking the equipment down in the back and cleaning.this was at 9pm and they close at 9:30pm. He yelled at his employees to stop taking orders that they were close He locked me,my husband and around 6 other people inside .
