Waffle House — Restaurant in Perry

I got to the restaurant and ordered two eggs over medium cooked in butter with the yellows runny and one order of bacon. The waitress was very professional and immediately called my order in. There is no food on the grill. 5 minutes later, the manager walked away from the grill into the office area for a couple of minutes, which came back and started on my order. For whatever reason, she cooks the eggs on the grill instead of the pan. The waitress brings me my eggs. One is right. The other one, the yellow, is hard, and anyone should have been able to tell that it was wrong, especially the manager, but she served it anyway.. At that time I heard the manager say is that sausage with that order, the waitress told her no it was bacon, now the manager proceeds to put bacon on the grill and the waitress tells me I'm sorry you're not going to get to eat your eggs with your bacon. Which I had to explain to her. I did not want it. She had the manager remake my order. This time, everything came out correct and together. The waitress offered to comp my bacon, which I respectfully thanked her, but told her no I ordered it, I eat it ,I pay. The manager in no way took responsibility or apologized. There were a few customers in the restaurant. The food and the service would probably have been rated as one star, but I gave the waitress credit for her service, and the food finally turned out well. O M G! FOOD ALL ON TABELS! A CASHER ON HER PHONE,TA COOK HAD TO COME TAKE OUR ORDER.!!We just thought they had had a rush of people,is ta only R eson we even ordered... God when we got our waffles,one was burned & ta OUTHER wasn't even done! We asked for them to be taken back.. he coffee was cold not fit to drink,lime it had been sitting there all day!! When he returned he brought ta same plates back to us still burnt& 1/2 done, I was in shock...my DAUGHTER told ta cook, that was unacceptable & wasn't going to have it... in ta meantime ta girl was still on ta phone,doing nothing but talking ,LAUGHING....All ta baubles were covered with dishes & food... WE SAW THAT COOK WAS TRYING TO DO EVERYTHANG HIS SELF,WHICH WASN'T MUCH.. WE JUST LEFT HIM STANDING THERE WITH THEM GOD ALFULL PLATES! WENT TO I HOP FOR A VERY GOOD MEAL!! WE LAUGHTED& NOW ITS KNOWN AS (ALLFULL WAFFLE) WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! IF YA WZNT TO EAT IN NASTY...THERE YA GO!! SORRY, BUT... IT WAS REALLY WORSE THEN I WROTE!! After being born in Georgia and living here for 22 years, a friend finally convinced me to go to Waffle House. And yes, I know that's a travesty in itself...

This Waffle House completely knocked it out of the park! The food was great, and the service was beyond excellent! The employees might have found out that I was a Georgian who had never been, and they made sure to make my first visit one to remember forever!
