I’M OBSESSED!!! I just found the most unique ice cream treat I’ve tried yet!

Good & Happy Ice Cream Co located in the cutest little remodeled trailer next to Pauls Patch on Utah's Famous Fruit Way is serving up New Zealand style ice cream. I am NOT a soft serve gal, but this is nothing like that. They take hard Aggie Ice Cream and add whatever fresh (frozen) fruit and other mixins you choose and it turns it into the most luscious soft ice cream treat, with the most incredible texture! And how did that ice cream not instantly begin to melt in this heat after Alex (the owner) handed it to me? DO NOT miss out on the added flavor bomb of her fresh waffle cones either-there’s a subtle flavor in it I can’t quite pinpoint (maybe cinnamon or cardamom) that adds even more to the experience. I got the vanilla base with raspberries and dark chocolate-the chocolate gets blended into fine pieces that are so appealing in the ice cream.

This ice cream is so yummy. Kudos. Find the menu online but a couple words of advice; they run out of this quick and its a little pricey for a small bowl, cup, taco but it's so delicious. Heads up, it's a hole in the wall. Driving up we almost didn't get out... But we are so glad we did. Heads up if there is a line it takes a while. Best little real fruit ice cream trailer!!! I honestly just wish it was closer to me. If only it were a mobile trailer that could do catering and such. That would be the dream!
