Unfortunate because the employee that sold us the tickets was so nice. First time going to this theater, because I was meeting with a girl for a date and it was a good halfway point. Bought our tickets and waited for someone to take our tickets for a minute or two no one there so we went in and sat down. We were quite early so we decided to leave and come back. We got back and there still no one there to take our tickets. Then five minutes after sitting down again some employee lady (probably the owner) comes and asking us to see our tickets. We show them to her. No apology for wrongly accusing us, but instead she starts getting nasty with us. Quite embarrassing really. So much for a good date, but what can you do. Glad I don't live near this theater.
In response to owner's response below: No, my date and I were there to see Raya, but I do appreciate the partial apology regardless. Customer service is important, and I do really appreciate the employee that was very welcoming in the beginning, as this was my first time in your theater. For what it's worth, my suggestion would be to give customer's benefit of the doubt, and, in the event you need to take action, be prepared to still be welcoming when you...
Read moreNot impressed at all. First time here we walk in and I guess there's a specific way to enter the movie theater, because the first door on your right that's the No No door FYI. You have to walk straight then make a right in front of the desk the lady on the counter made sure that she was loud enough for my wife and my kids to hear her, that that was not the door we enter into even though it was only five feet away from her there is no other obstructions but I guess you must enter to the door in front of you not the door to the right of you I don't know it doesn't make sense to me either, but anyways we got there we sat, the place just seems really run down the bathrooms I think I've seen some gas station bathrooms more up-to-date and less stained than this theater. if you get there early and have to sit and wait for the movie or at least for them to let you in to the theater there's only one bench to sit on everybody else has to sit on the floor or just stand, be prepared to have the ladystaff watch you like a hawk, I'm wondering if other people have done the whole movie hopping in the theater that's my only conclusion. got...
Read moreI truly hope the owner will reach out to me. I am very saddened tonight. I went to the Perry location tonight with a loved one that requires walking with the aid of a walker. Their new luxury seating remodeled theaters do not accommodate wheelchair/chair use, comfortably or with courtesy of wheelchair/ walker patrons. The only access to their luxury seats are by use of stairs, no ramps. We were given the option to sit in the front row, but the front row is so close the screen is hard to view and your neck is craned back. We thought we could go to the other side (the old side) since that accommodated her walker easier, but they weren't offering all movies over on the old side. Our overall takeaway is that wheelchair/ walker patrons are given the least consideration of seating, or wait 2 weeks until the movie is no longer a new release and settle for the "old seats". The very bare minimum requirements were met for those with different physical needs. I am extremely disappointed they would spend all that money for a beautiful remodel and not be inclusive...
