I've been coming to this location religiously, but tonight my experience was horrible, I had ordered a tall hot peppermint mocha, when I received the drink, it felt light as I was taking off, so I opened the lid to look at it, it looks like there were a quarter cup of the drink wasn't even fill up. I then turn back to the window I told the girl that I hate to complain, but the drinks is not filled up, she then asked me if I would like for them to make it again, I said yes, well... when I got my drink it felt light again, as I was driving off taking the lid off at the same time once again,, the drink wasn't filled up . I hate to turn back around to complain again. They were too busy running their mouth while taking orders and spilling milk over the counter while making drinks like they didn't even care , and I don't even know if the girl I was complaining to was even explaining the whole thing to the barista or not on why I wasn't happy . My drinks always taste great and the service is extremely friendly and fast! Fasted drive thru in town. Chick-fil-a could learn a thing or two from them! I wanted to post a review to let people know how awesome this Starbucks is! But also, after reading some of the more recent negative reviews, I want to remind people that sometimes you get the kind of service you give. People need to remember to be kind to service people. We are all just trying to navigate life during difficult times. Businesses are busy and understaffed everywhere, and putting up with rude entitled customers who forget to treat people with dignity and respect isn’t in anyone’s job description. Read moreThey claim to carry gluten free breakfast sandwiches but they do not have ANY of the usual items every other Starbucks carries for those who are gluten free. Not only that, they claim they can only offer gift cards instead of refunds on mobile orders, and short changed us on a refund due to their process multiple times. No apologies, and they act like we are unreasonable for wanting the only food we could eat there. And the entire service staff act like they are doing us a favor for even giving us a short changed gift card REFUND. No, a spinach feta wrap is NOT an equal substitute to a gluten free sandwich. Why on earth would they even offer something that could wind my daughter and I up in the hospital?! This entire staff needs to be cleaned out. A disgrace...
