Just now chowing down. It is DEEELIOUS!!! MY FURBABY'S FREDA JANE AND LITTLE BEAR AKA JUST BEAR, THINK SO AS WELL... Have one Question Though since I am 63 and a Senior Citizen, Shouldn't I have gotten a Senior's Discount? Just to say too ALL OF THE SRAFF AT THIS LOCATION, DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB...THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC. I was greeted opon entering the Store . Everyone was just as Good as Could Be and They Derserve all the ATTA GIRLS AND ATTA BOYS THEY CAN GET. It was Friday Evening, and BUISSNESS was really beginning to pick up. My Order was ready in a Timely Mannor, seeing they were as Busy as they Were...Bless Their Hearts, they were Working Hard as They Could and Doing a Awesome Job, and in my Opinion They All, That Was Working This Friday Evening the 24th of September, 2021, Should all get a Bonus in Their Payroll, or Paychecks...Because They AREN'T just working for Themselves, But For Papa John's and Paper John's that know has been like a Big Family...THEY'D MAKE SHAQ PROUD, and make Him Proud That He Himself , Represents a Company as Great of Papa John's. Soooo, there at this Particular Papa John's, TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES, AND THEY'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU...forgive any of my Mistakes here. I order from here all the time and had ordered pizza for my staff today. I ordered online, paid for it with my credit card online and paid for delivery with a tip, and stated wanted it delivered at 11:45. Then I get a notification that door dash was going to deliver my order. At this point it is 12pm!! Then I call to check the status of my order said it was going to be delivered between 12:05 and 12:15pm. When the driver gets to my office they state I needed to pay cash for the order. I said no I paid online and there was no option to pay cash online. Then he calls the store and I have no idea the young lady that was there but VERYYYYYY unprofessional. She told her worker do not leave because they have not paid. I said give me the phone. She then proceeds to tell me oh Im sorry sometimes when we don't have enough drivers we use door dash. I stated well I didn't order through door dash so that is your fault not mine and I paid for this online. She said oh well when I switched it to door dash it automatically switches it to cash. But the door dash driver didn't show up so I sent one of our drivers. I said this is unacceptable and your fault not mine. Eventually paid over the phone but whoever management is you need to clean house and stop using door dash. They are horrible!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS...

I order from papa johns here regularly and I've never ever received bad service until tonight. The delivery driver texted me (not called) but texted me more than an half hour later from when I was supposed to get my delivery to tell me that she couldn't find my house. Remind you I order from here regularly so I haven't had a problem with no driver finding my house in months. Long story short the driver got very disrespectful to me. This Papa Johns will no longer get my service. I don't see how they hire people with such nasty attitudes, I mean if this not the job you wanted then why apply. By the way my driver name was Alicia and I didn't want or trust anything she had to delivery after speaking to her. With her nasty attitude she will not be there long. But like I said they lost a very valuable customer. I refuse to deal with terrible...
