My family and I are traveling home to Florida from Maine. I called upon arriving to the super 8 motel at 930 pm, I called and ordered 1 pizza for my teen boys, was told they don’t deliver to room so I have to wait outside which is absolutely fine, and that it would be 30 minutes. Myself, holding my 1 year old, and sons waited for 45 minutes before I called to check status on the order. The lady on the phone said our pizza was out of the oven, on the warming rack, it would be on the way in about 15 minutes. We waited another 30. I called back, a man answered the phone and I asked him if the pizza was on the way. He told me it would be another 20-30 minutes! I said “it’s literally been an hour and a half and our pizza has been sitting done - “ I was about to say I was just going to come and get it- as it was almost 11 pm at this point and we had been on the road all day and needed to get to bed . BUT he interrupted me and yelled “I GUESS YOU WANT ME TO JUST CANCEL THE ORDER...

When my cousin had his food delivered and opened his sandwich he was totally shocked, and the family was too. If you check out this mini video you'll see what we mean. When he called to ask where the meat was, (he asked this quite calmly by the way), the woman put her manager on the phone who said my cousin was harassing her, then started berating him rudely. My cousin then asked for a refund. No apology from the manager, no explanation of why the food looked it did - nothing. Finally in a condescending tone, he offered to give my cousin a free sandwich and a soda, which was declined. He did, however, keep his word, and had his refund returned. My cousin is a 23 year Veteran, along with many of the people in the area, and it's atrocious how he and others are treated. Sadly they need...
Read moreThis location has greatly improved!!! I’ve only ever order online and over the phone but the customer service is amazing! I’ll be honest I had some issues with delivery, the drivers were horrible and food was inconsistent in the past. Several months ago I spoke over the phone to the new manager/owner Joe. He was so kind, calm and understanding. He took care of me and ever since, my food has been better and delivery has been great! I just called for special request for my cinnamon twist and he had no problem accommodating! It’s Super Bowl Sunday and I give this man so much credit for taking pride and ownership in his business! I only hope he gets some time off, doesn’t work too hard and his business continues to...
