Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Perryville

I enjoy Sonic from time to time, but this Sonic was awful. We had to wait 10+ minutes for someone to take our order, and when someone finally came on the speaker they basically said, "what stall are you at? What do you want?". While waiting I heard several 'thank you for choosing Sonic' introductions, as well as a few 'Sorry about the wait' introductions. Not us. To add to the brashness of this employee, she was constantly asking "Is that it?" As if our two hot dog meals and shakes were such a complicated order. I had to correct her several times just to get the order right!

We waited about 20-25 minutes to even get our food, and instead of an apology the person delivering the food immediately said "Did you wait more than five minutes?". I said "yes" politely because I saw that they were busy, and she just handed me two coupons for free fountain drinks as she explained something was down with the shake machine. I mentioned that she left off our limeade and she said she'd bring it right out. So more waiting. We ate our entire meal. The hot dogs were cold and the buns were soggy and one of our two shakes was melted (I guess they made most of the food and then let it sit while they had trouble with the other shake?) After 15 minutes, we left. I said screw the limeade. We were there for over 45 minutes even though we only spent about 5 minutes eating.

We are likely never going to this...

when does sonic last weekend and got some kind of slushy and it had Sprite in it however, I guess the sprite was out and it was gross so they replaced it with just a regular strawberry slushy that I got today and it taste just like water. I'm currently stirring it around hoping that'll help. I also ordered a double cheeseburger off the value menu. It's very greasy and usually that means it has a lot of flavor at this time now step up your game sonic!! they used to be known for having the best drinks now I'm not so sure!! the service was great. They were really friendly however by the time I got up there, she had already forgot about my drink replacement and was like oh yeah so I had to ask again, but what can you say at least...

I hate going to Sonic because they are soo expensive, but I like their variety of ice cream so I still continue to do so. That stops today. I go over on my lunch break occasionally when I'm not very hungry. I went today to get a sundae and waited forever. I was just about to start honking when she showed up and said they had to wait for the ice cream to freeze. Then she hands me the puniest sundae I have ever seen. If had not been for the cherry on top it would not have went past the top of the cup. They even skimped on the whipped cream. Never going...
