Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Perth Amboy

7/25/2021 Order placed 8:28 and order arrived 9:33, I ordered 1 medium pizza, specialty chicken (like chicken tenders), lava cake. As soon as we opened our pizza box we noticed 2 slices were missing and took a picture of what we received. This had never happened before! My husband called driver back immediately to asked what happened but no answer and then proceeded to immediately call the store to speak with manager, the manager which said his name was "Chris" (online receipt says manager name is Habib) said that it was not possible because the people working there receive free food and that his driver wouldn't do that. He then said next time we order we would get a free 20 oz soda. His response was shocking?! How would he feel if he received an order like this at his home? Nonetheless, if you are ordering for a family and don't have enough because part of the food is missing. This makes me question their cleanliness, service, and ethic.

This was very disrespectful and unacceptable. I wouldn't lie about missing 2 pizza slices. No matter what it costs we should receive our whole order in one piece. I did not appreciate this service or the managers response. He didn't even apologize instead was defensive and insinuated that we lied. This is the last time that I will order from...

I put one star because I had to. First off let’s get this straight the girl that took my order was sweet but maybe hard of hearing. I ordered my food for delivery. The address was put down wrong. When the delivery guy got to the wrong location he called me phone screaming at ME because the address was wrong . He claims “ too much gas , run around” I’m explaining to him that is not my fault . I gave him the correct address I’ve been living in this address for a very long time. He still screaming so I called dominoes back the man that answers is very professional and corrects the his driver. Of coarse the delivery driver gets to my house and when I go downstairs to open the door he is still complaining! I kindly explained to him that it’s not my fault he needs to call his coworker back and figure out what happened . I do not work there , they do. Now I come upstairs and check my order and of coarse never fails . The HOT WINGS were regular wings -_- Now I stopped ordering from dominoes when one of their drivers literally felt up on my cousin food one time and through all the sauces in front of her drive way ! Ordered with this store for years, almost never answered the phone on orders where I DIDN't PREPAY with a credit card, something I've been doing only in the last few months. My street isn't new, it isn't like they need directions, I don't have a mobile phone tied to my dominos account so they'd worry that wasn't my address.

On my last order, that would grant me the points for free pizza I answer the phone, a rarity, and they hangup saying nothing.

I then call the store and am told that because I didn't answer the phone they can't deliver my PAID for order. I have an account, they have my address, my phone number credit card information, and have been delivering to my house for years. Now suddenly they won't knock on my door, as I was told by the young woman "we aren't allowed to do that" on a PAID for order unless they speak to me? BS.

Unbelievable, so much for being a loyal customer, I guess getting my free pizza was too much for them so they decided to screw me over waste my time and feed me a line of BS about not being allowed to knock on the address of the domino's account holder who ordered the same order over and over, and prepaid for it.

So much for dominos, back to local pizzerias who don't...
