Dunkin' — Restaurant in Perth Amboy

Usually I have great service every time I come to this Dunkin doughnut; most of the workers are friendly and nice, but unfortunately today it was the worst experience. I placed an order from the app for 10 doughnuts, I called and asked if I can place two more doughnuts and I’ll pay after I come pick up my first order. The lady who picked up was so rude and said “sorry but you order too many”and hung up without allowing me to speak. When I came in my order was ready but the doughnuts were in a BAG not a box and mind you I ordered ten so there was five in two bags each. My father asked politely to have the doughnuts in the a box and the same lady said “it’s only for twelve order doughnuts.” Doughnuts are sticky so they were stuck to the bag and they were for my co-workers. We offered to pay for the box and she was still so rude and then ended up giving it to us in a box. Again, I usually have great service and I come in twice a week but this lady is always so rude and I think management should be aware how awful this attitude this lady has. I’m a medical transport worker who’s always on the road I go to Dunkin’ Donuts across New Jersey and everywhere a lot! Today I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and was very disappointed I couldn’t use the bathroom. I asked the cashier how long it was out of service and she said ” A while probably about a week” if restaurants like these, have a dining room, they should have a bathroom for customer!!! And this is not the first Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been too. They lock the bathroom also and say it’s out of service just because they don’t want you to use it. SMH this definitely will make me think twice before going to a Dunkin’ Donuts to get breakfast because if I’m there getting breakfast, I want to wash my hands or use the restroom. I can’t...

The food and the coffee is fine no problems with that neither with the employees my main problem is the punctuality I work early in the morning and it’s frustrating when dunkin says they open at 5am and sometimes I pass by 5:15 - 5:20 am and it’s still closed! OR I get there and there’s nothing ready no coffee no bagels donuts nothing and I’ll be the only one there standing around because nothing is ready. I wouldn’t say anything if it happened once or twice I get it we’re human but for it to happen repeatedly.. is ridiculous.
