Santo Domingo Invita — Restaurant in Perth Amboy

I love the food here. It's one of the few places that u can have real good spanish food with a cold beer at an affordable rate. My problem is the music and how loud it is in the middle of the afternoon. I know its an active bar at night with dancing but at noon? Why is the music so loud??? This reason alone is why we do not go there anymore. My son and I use to go often but you literally can not hear each other during a conversation and he has told me to go somewhere else because its too loud in there. Today is Wednesday 1/22/2020 Just called to place an order for food and the woman that answered the phone said they were closing for the night and there was no one in the kitchen,cook was already gone and they were practically out the door.. This place has been bought so many times. Fridays is a great night there. Music is great. Drinks are over priced. Hennessey vsop the most it should cost is 12.
