My friends call me a coffee snob b/c I am quite particular when it comes to my caffeinated beverages. When I heard that a new cafe had opened a couple of years ago in Peru, I figured I'd give this place one shot (no pun intended) at an Americano, but to be honest, my expectations were quite low. Best Americano I had ever had...literally. I was blown away by the quality of the coffee and by the amazing flavor that I experienced. Plus, my barista (who turned out to be the owner) was one of the nicest people I had ever met and her knowledge of all things coffee was astounding.

Overall I'm incredibly impressed with the food, drink, speed and friendliness of Aroma. The kindness of the lady behind the counter really made my day and the coffee and donut were icing...

There was a sweet elderly couple reading the newspaper there, and when they left they bought a treat of some sort for a neighborhood kid who came in. It was a nice reminder of how...
