Food was great... I posted this two years ago and I meant it. Unfortunately, the food is not up to their potential and I'm sure when it's delivered, they care even less. Too many changes and not for the better. My friends have been saying the same thing for awhile now. You know how something is supposed to be like when you have been ordering for years and I was just told the other employees must've been making it wrong instead of fixing the situation. I still haven't taken a bite and appalled that a place we used to love has become so sloppy and greedy and not putting the right amount of filling in what we pay for!!! I was told it was the owner's son who made it and he makes no mistakes!!! I will get my money back when I feel good enough to take it back in tomorrow. I'm sure if I was inside dining, I would have been treated differently. So sad because the place used to be awesome!!! It would be nice to get an apology as well. I was not looking for a free meal, owners and their children still are not perfect! When you get a nacho supreme you should have some meat and refried beans filling and the way it was slopped around was just lazy! It saddens me because they have a variety of meals and I always said it was my favorite... and now I'll probably be treated worse because of this. You have to treat your customers good, the owner and full staff. The food is losing its quality anyhow and apparently quantity! You should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm not referring to the employees who have no control over the issues. They don't even send the proper napkins and dinner...

I came here Thursday October 3rd on my way to Fort Wayne. Was so happy to find a great restaurant between drives to the Fort. Which I do several times a year. That day I would have given a 5 star review. The spaghetti was perfect. Staff was amazing always checking on my needs. Well I stopped again on my way out of Fort Wayne on Sunday October 6th. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. The exact same senior portion of spaghetti was so different. On 10/3 it came with 3 meatballs. On 10-6, 1!! And overloaded with sauce. In addition the staff was nothing like 10/3. I sat at the counter and this kid which I can only assume is a relative of the owner, did nothing! What a dip! He stretched himself by taking one arm and putting it on the wall all the way behind him then the other arm. At another point he had both hands on his cheeks massaging them. Not a clue what good this kid did. When I first came in to the restaurant he told me I couldn’t sit there and I had to go up to the cash register to order my food. I told him twice I was ordering to eat there. So now on to the Parmesan cheese I had to get from the table behind me. The container was so sticky. After I used it I gave it to this dip and told him. He set it down behind the counter and continued to do nothing. I told the waitress how gross it was. The pizza was good, but other things were not. The toppings were nicely distributed over a thin crist and the sauce has a great flavor. We ordered a 16" pizza, but there is a larger 20" pizza available. Cleanliness and Atmosphere -- The restaurant was not very clean, and there is absolutely NO atmosphere. Our table and chairs looked okay, but when we sat down, we found they were sticky and you could tell they had not been cleaned except for a quick wipe. The floor was not very clean - there was quite a lot food debris on it. It didn't appear that anyone swept the floor during the open hours or after customers made it messy - especially under tables or near the walls. The FLIES -- They were awful inside of the place. They were landing on tables and all over everyone's food. Our pizza way placed on a tableside tray jack and we had to keep waving our hands over it to keep the flies from landing. After a while it got really irritating. Don't ask for changes to pizza toppings -- We ordered the superduper supreme pizza, but did not want some of the items on the entire pizza. We were charged for a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza which is an added charge. There was no notice in the menu that any changes to a pizza would incur an additional charge - and the server also did not inform us of that policy. It was a small charge, but WHY?
