Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Petaluma

You can count on consistent food across this chain. Staff sometimes not so much. But it is a burger place. Does have nice select of other food too. Always has great Iced tea.. I am changing my review as things have gotten much worse. I am sitting at a table in this location but the experience has been awful. I placed my order for a veggie burger and was very exact in my order. No lettuce, no cheese, raw onions but only one slice as last time they stacked on 4 thick slices also avacado but told the order taker that last time I only got a very small piece of avacado so please make it a full portion. I got to the counter to get my burger and guess what? That's correct the order was wrong. Had lettuce had cheese the rest was OK.A very very young man began to write my order and kept talking over me until I said why don't you just listen to me I will tell you what I want. He gave me one of those teenager eye rolls but wrote it down. Said they would get it to me. OK I sat down and about five min. later he came to my table and slung down a tray with a veggie burger on it and stomped off. Do you remember I asked for one slice of onion? I got one sad limp little ring of onion. I got up and returned to the counter and complained about having my food slung at me his reply is he didn't like how I talked to him...I told him if he ever slings good at me again he would regret it, then another employee dropped a all bowel in front of me with limp warm onion in it. . I said he needed to apologize but another employee the first one to take my order wrong. Told the redheaded kid to ignore me.

That said. My review is a one star and I intend to persue this with Corporate management of Habit...

Food is good, front staff is average, if I search on Google the time for store close is different that the real time for the store close, we ordered a food around 9:05pm, it was supposed to be closed at 10pm, we arrived to the store at Petaluma CA at 9:15pm and we received a confirmation text our order it was ready to picked up, to provide the description of our car, etc. Then a guy from you staff came out and told us the store was closed and they gonna make refund, they gonna send an email for refund our money, next day we got to the store and asked the stuff for our refund they didn't provide accurate information, they said call customer service but it is no number for customer service at this point I want to know when we gonna get our refund because we didn't get our food and also we were charged for the food and it's reflected in my bank account, I can suggest to have a customer service phone number and change or update your time in your website because this it wouldn't happened if you have the correct time even your staff told us wrong info when day said call...

I usually love the habit burger but today was just not a good day. Walked in noticed a tray of french fries sitting on the counter, ordered my food and customer service wasn't great from cashier, sat down waited for my food and noticed the worker dispensing the tray of fries on orders that were just coming in . So who knows how long the fries were there sitting out not even under a heat lamp. They gave me 2 fries from that sitting tray and when I asked for fresh fries the woman was so rude grabbed the fries and just tossed them in the garbage. I told her I noticed them sitting out since I even walked in and preferred fresh one . No apologies nothing. Most of the employees didnt even seem nice or smiled nothing. Pretty sad no one believes in good customer service anymore. A simple I'm sorry or even just speak when spoken to would...
