I used to love this park before all the construction and tacky ghilotti colors. The disc golf was removed along with an area of grass and trees that previously tied things together and made it feel more natural. There is bird feces and garbage everywhere. You can see up to 3 foot groupings of trash in the water. Ive found syringes on the ground. The tennis courts are often taken up for soccer games and it just seems to trashy to enjoy any more. Read moreIt's been awhile since we've visited Lucchesi Park, so we were quite happy & surprised by the new play structure with all the wonderful instruments & chalk board, complete with audience bench seating that makes it perfect for a game of school. A good walk around the pond while you can feed the birds. There is two baseball fields and a soccer field. Also there is tennis courts with a backboard for practicing.
