Dunkin' — Restaurant in Peters Township

I just stopped at Dunkin on my way home from work. The girl that took my order was so rude. I ordered a peppermint mocha hot chocolate with whipped cream and a glazed donut. The girl said to me in a condescending tone, “we don’t have peppermint hot chocolate we only have peppermint lattes.” I know that is not true because it is on the menu and a week prior I ordered one from this exact Dunkin! I told her nicely it was on the menu on the board and she stared at it annoyed then looked and me and said it isn’t on the menu. It was on the menu in big print! Finally she asked a manager or someone and she made me my peppermint hot chocolate. She gave it to me without whipped cream, so I asked her politely if she could put some whipped cream on it. She did but she had such an attitude about it. After trying my drink I don’t think that she actually put the peppermint syrup in it. I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of the coffee recently.

The last four drinks I’ve ordered haven’t been great, and the most recent two were increasingly disappointing.

It tastes like fewer coffee grounds are being used—the flavor is extremely watered down, even though I always request less ice specifically so the coffee remains bold.

Today’s cold brew didn’t taste like cold brew at all; it just tasted like weak, watered-down coffee, which was extremely disappointing. I am very unhappy with today’s purchased.

I genuinely miss the way the coffee used to taste here. It feels like the quality of the drinks has gone downhill.

The only reason I gave this location two stars instead of one is because the staff is so nice! The bagels taste like cardboard or they are weeks old. I thought at first maybe it was a bad batch but it has consistently disappointed me. I don't know why their bagels are so bad compared to other dunkins locations but Im not making this up. I never go out of my way to give a bad review but this just has me disappointed. Its a great location, service is nice but the bagels are just horrible.
