Mm Mm Pizza — Restaurant in Peters Township

It’s about time I write a review for this place, I’m in here at least once a week usually.

First, their prices are great. Second, the food is always fast but great quality. Third, the staff is wonderful and I’ve never had a bad experience.

My go to favs are the turkey sub or the extra large deal with curly crispers. Seriously, try this place out- you won’t regret it.

Edit: I wanted to add that a lot of the reviews on here are really selfish and rude. Hiring people to work in places like food service right now is incredibly difficult. If someone is a bit rushed on the phone, or delivery isn’t available, or something is delayed, I’m quite sure it’s because they just don’t have the staff. If it’s that much of an issue, I suggest you have your kids go work for them and help with the staffing shortage. Otherwise, just pick your food up yourself! A group of friends and I regularly order pizza. On 5/16/18 we put in our regular order (approx value $80). We were told that it would be a 1 hour wait time. After an hour and a half (1.5 hours) we called and were told that the driver had left recently. Twenty minutes later we called again, (not very happy) and demanded to talk to a manager. I was put on hold for 15 minutes while the person on the phones kept picking up the phone to ask if I needed anything. Each time I would just respond that I was waiting for a manager. Finally a manager picked up, I explained what had happened. No apologies were offered, neither were we offered a discount. The manager said she would remake our order and drive it out to us in 20 minutes. Obviously fed up at this point, I cancelled the order. While we really enjoy the pizza from this establishment, the service was so bad this time that it will be several months before we order from here...

Super rude staff. Called to complain about what appears to be a pizza casserole in a box and his excuse was “it’s busy”. I might be wrong but if I wanted pizza casserole I’d be more than happy to buy some chef boyardee, put it in the oven for 5 minutes only to take it out and throw it in a blender before returning it to the tray. I asked for a refund simply because I have been buying pizza from these folks since they first opened their doors and the kid that was on the other end of the phone offered a $10 credit thinking that was sufficient. Again, I could be wrong, but if the pizza isn’t actually a pizza and that is what I ordered, wouldn’t that qualify for a refund? Highly disappointed and will not be ordering from this...
