Sushi Millot Pharr — Restaurant in Pharr

After wanting sushi for about a month, I finally satisfied my craving. I went to Sushi Millot for an early dinner. They're located at the food park off Nolana, a short distance before Rudy's BBQ. The food truck is straightforward and tidy with a small seating area and a newly added cover. My meal arrived at my truck within 15 minutes. I was too excited to wait, so I started eating in the truck. As you can see from the pictures, they give you a lot of food – definitely enough for two people. I was full before I could even make a dent in it. The portions are generous. I'd definitely go back and try other item off their menu. I was surprised this sushi place was a food truck at the food park on Nolana. I called and placed an order and it was ready quite quickly. Ordering on the phone was a little difficult because the person that answered it didn’t speak English very well and my Spanish isn’t that great. It was hard getting Spicy Salmon Roll across. lol I picked up my order and the guy was very nice. Loved this place! Called the phone number today and pretty sure it was the manager or owner. I said the truck didn’t look open and he made a call and they opened right away!

Food took a little long but I am ok with that since they had barely opened! Food was amazing; I WILL NOT be back to Yasuke, kumori, or sushi madre! If you have not tried this place, you’re missing out. 10/10 I was devouring my plate when I took...
