Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pharr

Ok, help me with this. Online it has the red underlined and the blue. So instead of ordering Online, I went down to the place to ask what was the difference between them both cuz I couldn't get the price. They explained to me that the red one comes with parmesan cheese and the blue one has none. I said ok so that's extra right. The guy couldn't explain so he called I'm guessing his manager and she said yes that's extra... so then I said ok so if that's extra then explain to me why the price. I said, u telling me that after adding extra it doesn't go up in price but down and the regular is more expensive than the one adding more... I said, oh dang I hope every restaurant for example Whataburger lowers their price when I ask for extra cheese and bacon. She laughed and said sorry sir. I said, ok then give me one of those but on 1 don't add parmesan to it, she said I have to cuz like when I go to McDonald's and ask for no cheese and want it at the cheeseburger price they say I have to have it with cheese. I said hmmm that's odd but ok if that happens just say put it on the side... she just looks at me and says sorry we can't do that. I still paid and she turned to the guy that was helping me and whispered, but I heard, that's why it's online and we don't do that here at the store's and walked away. I said, so she could hear me, I see u don't have it here in the menus behind u, but what if I were to come here as I did walked in, and said I want stuffed crust pizza with parmesan cheese drizzled on the crust. Would u say oh we can't do that or would u tell them it's in the app so u have to order from there knowing I'm right here right now... or this, what if he or she don't have a phone, which it's no possible but phone illiterate and does everything in person like I do. Would u screw him or her on that and charge extra or turn them away. The guy just looked at me and said I'm going to look into it. So in all u will see that I bought them differently. Stupid...

I'm updating my review a year later because things have improved drastically. The staff now regularly attends to guests at the front, and they do so with friendliness and respect. The store is noticeably cleaner, and the employees look presentable.

While not every team member has a warm or welcoming tone, most of them do and that makes a real difference. I genuinely feel more valued as a customer now. They could still improve a bit in terms of speed when it comes to attending the front and having orders ready, but it's no longer a major issue. It could be that maybe they’re slightly understaffed which is understandable. Either way, this store has come a long way and it shows.

(Original Review) "It took exactly 54 minutes to get my order. They had messed up my online order, so I was pulled forward. Got to see other people, who got here before me, get their food first. I didn't want to get off and go to the front counter, because I already know that nobody is ever there attend you. Once I waited enough, I went inside and respectfully demanded my order. I received it cold! I didn't notice until I had gotten home. Unfortunately, this is becoming a normal thing with this store. They either need more employees, get more organized, or they need better...

They scam you and provide awful service. They charge you 8.50$ for a hot n ready, It's supposed to be 6$!! they charge you as if you bought their EMB Pizza (shows EMB in the receipt also!!). They take their sweet time getting to you once you pull up at the drive through window and then tell you to pull up and forget you exist. These kids must have rotted Tik Tok attention spans or something cause they forgot who they sold the damn Pizza to 2 minutes later. After waiting 40 minutes parked in front of the store I pull up again, wait another damn 5 minutes for them to come see me at the window and finally hand me my pizza. Get home, Pizza tastes like cardboard, If you're going to serve cardboard at least charge the 6$ you're supposed to (don't scam your customers charging them something they didn't order and you didn't give them) and have the food ready.
