I had a horrible experience at the stadium drive Burger King. We are preparing for an event to host the USDA, NRCS, Tuskegee University Auburn University, EPA and a host of partners at our farm in Lee County. I was exhausted from shopping at Piggy wiggly across the street from Burger King. I just wanted a small fry and a medium sprite. I went through the drive thru and received my order. I decided to sit in the parking lot to take a short break before heading back to my farm at Lake Harding. The sprite tasted like alkaline seltzer. I walked into the burger King and told the young man that took my order, that there was a problem with my drink and it tasted like alka selzer. He, immediately told me that all the sprite machines were like that! He told me to try the machine in the seating area. We'll, the drink was worse. I almost threw up, it was so salty. I asked to see a manager. No one came up to the counter and other customers were standing there asking for a cashier. After, about 15 minutes a cashier or manager took the customers orders. She said nothing to me. I asked for my money back. Finally, a black lady, wearing an assistant manager tag came from the back and told me that I was rude and she would call the police on me! I told her to call, I have a great reputation in this community and all around the Chattahoochee community. The assistant manager became very rude after that, saying that she was going to her car! I don't know what she was going to get, I just wanted my money returned. One of the really nice employees said, I will give you your money back. The employees knew that I was not treated properly. That is the worst burger King I have ever seen before. I will never go there again and I will tell my Veterans and farmers that I train through Tuskegee University how awful they treated a customer. It's really sad to receive service like that from a food service establishment. The Assistant manager was very unprofessional. It was a horrible experience, I am 72 yo and served 20 years in the military. The assistant manager, said she was a veteran. She was never a leader! She should know how to treat...
Read moreThe worst Burger King ever. They need to turn in their Fast Food card. My dear mother in-law left the emergency room last night around 10:00 she hadn’t had anything to eat all day and she wanted. Whopper Jr. we stopped at this Burger King. There were only about 4 cars in line to order. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the order microphone. When we got there nobody would answer for about 5 minutes. Finally someone answered. The girl kept getting my order wrong, I had to keep correcting her. Finally we got done and we’re heading towards the pay window. There were only 3 cars ahead of us. The line wasn’t moving at all. If it wasn’t for my sickly mother in-law wanting her whopper jr. I surely would have left. After about 20 more minutes only one car drove off at the pickup window. We finally decided that this was beyond ridiculous, so we drove off and headed to the Burger King on highway 280. We were able to order quickly but getting to the pay window was also slower than usual. We got her Whopper jr. and headed for the house. I got my mother in-law comfortable and took out her whopper jr. Boy was I shocked. I paid almost 3. Bucks for a sandwich that looked about the size of a Krystal. It was definitely the size of a slider. WTH? That Burger King lost a lot of business tonight. Many cars behind us wound up driving off. It’s almost as if the employees inside didn’t want to serve anyone else because it was close to...
Read moreEvery time I visited there over 20 times except once I was never greeted by cashiers. I would speak and sometimes I just proceed with my order because it was obvious they didn't care other times I would comment about no harm in speaking back. Since I live close to there I took my granddaughters to eat and play three weeks ago. We all 3 received extremely over cooked fries and I asked the cashier are they supposed to look like that. She rudely grabbed the tray and hollered to someone in the back to drop more fries. While waiting for the fries another customer comes back in with the same complaint. When the cashier presented presented me with the fries, she rudely replied, "are these good enough for you". I replied "no they aren't but we'll settle for these. It's slow in here change the burnt oil." I was so upset I didn't enjoy my meal the burger had gotten cold and the treatment of customers who support a business that assists in that paycheck they anxiously await every 2 weeks. Poor service leads to loss of customers and loss of their hours. Let me also add this was all dine in. The drive through experiences I've had are far better than the dine in. I have at time driven out my way to visit other Burger Kings so the kids and I can have a good dine...
