I ordered a pizza online, went to drive thru to pick it up. Waited forever in line, then was told pizza was in oven to pull to the back of the line. I pulled around and went in lobby and was given my pizza right away. Well the pizza which "was in the oven" was cold and the cheese bread was cold. Everyone knows you can't bite into a little Caesars pizza if it came fresh out the oven. All the food I got was cold. I would have went back in, but couldn't due to time at the moment. The thing that bother me is being told to pull to the back of the line to be served cold food, while everyone in front of me got to stay at the window but I'm supposed to go to the back of the line. So I called back up there to speak to a manager for them to argue with me that the pizza just came out the oven. When I ask for corporate number they hung up on me, then I called back up to speak to the manager that just hung up on me and was told I was speaking to the manager(this time a female). I ask for corporate number again was placed on hold. They told me to bring the pizza back and they would remake it, like I want people who was just arguing with me to remake my food? Nope. While on hold I can hear them talking about me to whoever 334 number I was given. They gave me a 334 HR number then hung up on me again. I called the 334 number and it would ring a couple times then go straight to voicemail. Some HR. This has been the worst service I ever received from ANY pizza business. Arguing with customers, serving cold food, hanging up on people, and talking smack about the customer while they are on hold. At least walk away from the phone. They need to get it together, and rectify this situation. Still trying to get in touch...
Read moreMost online orders come with an email confirmation that functions as a digital receipt, but you may need a printed copy for specific reasons. A store manager usually has access to the system to pull up your order details and print a receipt for you, but expect the current manager at this location not to give it to you! When a manager a few years ago was on duty and displayed poor behavior and unwillingness to resolve any problems, it was the straw that broke the camel's back. The employees assume that the customer is to blame for the order being messed up when you ask for a replacement or a refund. There are managers who tend to prioritize financial results and neglect their customers, which may be a common occurrence. At times, the dough formula was not precise, had no flavor, or was burnt overall. If you encounter any problems, consider trying a different location or...
Read moreI've given this place many tries over the years at different times of the day. It's usually been meh. This was my breaking point. What made anyone there think these breadsticks were okay to give to a customer? They're covered in black debris from the pans which made them taste like dirty, burnt crumbs. We also ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pretzel pizza with cheese sauce. While we weren't billed for the cheese sauce (pizza sauce was on it instead, still disappointed it wasn't what we technically ordered), we were billed for the pretzel crust and only recieved a regular pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. The inside was closed so they were having people order and pull back around in the drive through in "about 15 minutes". I assume online ordering was off because it was right after 9 pm, but the whole experience was just rough. For having to wait, the food was also only a...
